Dylan's POV
"Sorry to cut your night ladies." Said the man in the mask. "But I'm officially hi jacking this ship!"
More masked men star
ted to surround the dinning hall as people began to scream."Kyahhhhhhhh"
Bang! Bang!
"Be quiet!" The man yelled. "No one will be harmed if you do as we say."
The passengers began to calm down but fear was written all over their faces. I looked at our table and the two officers of the law were silently assessing the situation. Than too was quiet but there's something in her eyes that I can't read.
It was scary.
Her gaze was scary.
And she's emitting a killer aura.
This couldn't be good.
She must remain rational or people might get hurt.
"I need all of you to gather in that small place at the middle." He said motioning to the little dance area in front of the mini stage.
The passengers began to move slowly. Some were frozen in fear that their partner needed to guide them. Some even got pushed.
I assisted my wife towards the area, obeying the perpetuators. I don't want to stir any trouble. There's too much at risks. So many lives at stake. If they wanted money then I'll give them money.
Anna on the other hand was the one who pulled Van away. She seemed to be scared buy not for herself buy for her wife as if she could sense that she'll do something stupid. She tried to give her a disapproving look while calming her down.
This really wasn't good.
Van's a ticking time bomb.
Her overprotectiveness might cause the lives of innocents if she ever cared about them.
Was she really just a lawyer. I felt like she was some kind of CIA agent or a spy for a secret organization.
Wanda was to scared to even move from the stage. She was left there crouched in the ground in a fetal position uttering the words 'don't hurt me' like a mantra. I felt pity for her but I need to lay low for my girl.
"Ladies, now! I need all your cellphones placed in this bag." He began while pointing to a big black bag. "Then, each one of you will empty your wallets and pouch on this bag." He said pointing at the other big black bag. "And don't forget your jewelries too."
And when the hostages didn't moved, he yelled. "Move it!"
Some of the passengers flinched while some squealed any one by one, they proceed to do what the hi jackers had demanded. I noticed that the other masked men had shoved the tables to the side making more space at the center.
When it was our turn, Ashley emptied the content of her pouch. They only wanted the cash, carrying the bags were too troublesome and they have all the time in the world. If they have managed to take over the ship, then I believe our communication outside was cut off. People slept while we face this horrible ordeal.
"Your ring too." He said after Ashley removed her pearl necklace and earrings.
"But..." She tried to argue but I stopped her.
"Give it." I said. Her life's more important than a shiny piece of replaceable metal.
Gladly, she obeyed. I took out my wallet and emptied the cash. I also took off my watch and placed it into the bag.
