Chap 21

"Hey." You said as you find him alone at the backyard. He's looking down while swinging on the black swing chair. "Hey. Come here."

"I'm fine, uh, like this."

He grabbed you by your waist and pulled you into him. "You can't run from me."He said. You're sitting on his lap and he put his head on your shoulder.

No conversation flow while, both of you, keep swinging in silence. That kinda comfortable silence that you don't find awkward eventhough you're not talking to each other.

"I know about Halston. I'm glad he told you the truth. He's the reason why I know you... " He said as he starts the conversation. "Urm, what do you mean?" You asked.

"That day you fell, he's the first one that knew about that because he was there but instead, he asked me to come there and save you. You had the calling and I did too..."

"Really? Honestly, I never thought 2 hot vampires literally fell for me. I can say accidentally fell for me." You said.

"I know you've never been in a relationship and it's pretty insane yet exciting, when 2 guys like you but, you're belong to only 1 person which is me." He said and you nod at him.

"HOLA LOVEBIRDS!" You know it's your mum. You get up from your position and "Mum." You said. She smile at you and "I'm sorry to interrupt but, Harlyn, can I have her for awhile? I need to talk to her.."

"Sure." He said as he plant a peck on your cheeks.

"What's it mum??" You asked. She only look at and sigh. "We have a bad news. Your dad and Mr Hunter, they're fine but Hadrian, he's gone. They lost him while talking with Darren.... But, please stay here until we know where he's, okay??"

You've been that stubborn one lately and the thought of no one knows where Hadrian is, makes you wanna search him on your own but you know it's not safe out there. Damian, he's for sure wait for  this moment to make sure you become his. 

And that will never happen, Damian.

"Halston, he's still searching for him. You don't have to find him. I'll stay here with you." He leads the way to his room.

You starts scanning the room. His room, its just a typical boy room. But, it's real gothic. Everything is black but, the bed sheets is white. There's some stuff of his that's in white colour.

"It's not as fancy as yours, so welcome to my room." He said. "It's nice. I love it. Honestly, it makes me... Can I say relax? Black is my favourite colour but, you have white stuff here and I lowkey love the combination... Did you get inspired by Ying and Yang concept??" You said. "Oh god, can you please stop talking like you're an intellectual? No, what the heck is that??"

"You're 50. I thought that you know tons of things than me... If you want to know, ask Google. I'm not going to explain. Even if I did, you don't even understand the shits and I just waste my time.... " You added. "Fine, I'll. My age is 50 but I'm actually 23."He said, as he winked."I get it. You're immortal but, still you're just an old man."

"Old man? Tell me why you're here. You're freaking dating me, an old man, and how in love you're with me... Tell me now, who need to be blame on this??" He asked. You feel irritated of what he just said but its true. You're the one who deeply in love with him.

"I know you like, when I admit that I was wrong and you were right. But, tell me now, who did  kissed me first? Bet, you've been dying to kiss me, huh??" You said as you raised your left eyebrow."Yes, I admit that you're the only guy that I can't stop thinking about... Even right now." You added.

He put his hand on the wall as he blocks my way. "Basically, we're both, to blame. But, Helena.. I'm just, I wanna see whether you're going to uh ignore me... Or you're going to answer with sass... I guess, uh, no one likes me?" 

He said, as he pouts. You place your arms around his neck and "You're wrong. I like you. And that's that."

You're checking through the notifications just incase your brother did texted you but then, Damian send you a text.

Damian  : meet me at the my place. I'll give you the address but don't tell anyone except Harlyn. But if you don't come here before tomorrow afternoon, I guess it's a goodbye...
