"Good night." He gives you a flying kiss. You smile at him and waves at him. As you enter the house, you heard a crash sound coming from the kitchen. "Mum!" You said, as you pick the broken glass that's on the dloor.

"Wait. I'll get the first-aid."

"Okay." She said. "Here."You put some iodine on the bleeding part and put the plaster on it."Mum, you don't need to wash the dishes if you can't. I'll do it." You said. You're worried of your mum's health. She's anemic and she can't lost so much blood due to low amount of red blood cell.

"No, I'm fine. I just had a headache awhile ago. I want to make sure that everything got cleaned up before the Hunter family came."

Tomorrow is the day. The day you're going to meet his parents. You know it's going to okay but, meeting the whole vampire family could be one of the experience that you have never dreamed of."I know. But, you should rest."

"No. I've to do whatever a mum suppose to do. If I need a help, I'll let you know, okay? Now, go upstairs. I know you had a rough night. You did met Damian, don't you?"

"Yes."

"Ugh, the Dyson always came to ruin this family! I wonder why they're still exist! DYSON SCARLETT! "She said, half screaming. She looks like she's about to lose her temper but, she takes a deep breath when she look at you."I'm sorry. I just hate them." She said. "It's fine, mum."

"Night, Harlyn." You said.

Once you closed your eyes, you know there's other people in the room with you but, there's no sign it could Harlyn until, "Night, love." He said, and kiss her on the cheeks. "Your lips so fucking cold." You muttered. "God. You can't even shut your mouth, don't you?"

"No."

"I've to leave. I love you."

Once you start to put your head on the pillow, you can't lift up your eyelids as you feel so tired after the long night. You want to see him everytime he leaves the room... But, he's so fucking fast.

As the sun ray hits your skin and your eyes are half open, you see your dad figure, he's currently standing beside you. "Dad?" You said "Honey. Harlyn's family are going to be here tonight and I've lots of things to talk, with you."

"Okay. But, let me take a shower first."

While taking a shower your mind jeeps wandering bout what's the important stuff he wants to tell you. "Helena. I saw what happened last night. I'm glad Halston are there and, can you please tell me what really happened??" His voice sounds like he's worried of you.

"Well, I went out on date. Harlyn told me his parents wanted to meet me but, I said that I'm not ready and he's got upset. We kinda like ignoring each other after the date and someone's hand grab my arm. He asked me to follow him, so I did. Then, I'm in the middle of the forest with him... Once he told me his name, I know I can't be scared because he probably can sense my fear, dad. I want to scream or run, but, I don't why I can't do that when he's around..." You explained to him.

"Honey, you did a right thing to remain silent but you're in danger. If Halston did came at the right time, I probably lose you, sweetheart. You're half human and half vampire. I believe that Harlyn is your soulmate and he's going to protect you. I know, you never thought you're going to be with a vampire but maybe it's your fate... "He said."Dad, I know the Hunter, they're cool with us but, does he dad agree with this??"

"Yeah, of course! The day I met Harlyn at our house, before going back home, I met his parents. We were talking bout you and him... I know, he may be a bit heartless but, you do love him, don't you?" You smiled when you hear the last question. Yes, you love him but, does he?
