You watched as your best friend climbed up a hill, so familiar to both of you. 6 years ago is when you guys first met. You were sitting at the top of the hill alone crying. This is when cole stumbled upon you accidentally. You immediately hit it off like a house on fire.
You've always known you had feelings for him but didn't want to destroy this relationship, like all the others which have come before it
He had promised you a dinner between the stars not literally. "Y/N? are you coming?" Cole asked looking back at me. I smiled and nodded " You don't seem so well are you okay?" he asked sweetly. " Cole I'm fine and you would be the first person I would tell if I was feeling under the weather" I replied to him he continued walking. I followed from behind.
He suddenly tripped and fell. " Cole!" I shouted as I rushed to him. " Are you okay?" I asked as I caressed his cheek. " I'm fine. I can be a little clumsy sometimes" He said. " I know don't scare me like that!" you whine. " Well were at the top so we don't have to walk anymore." He stated
"Thank the lord I can't walk anymore" I giggled. He stood up and took out his camera he pointed it at the setting sun. I took out my phone and took a picture of him. (gif) He sat back down.
"Cole, you've been acting really weird today no sarcasm at my jokes no swearing?" I asked, "You good?" " Yeah just thinking," he replied bluntly. " About what?" I turn my face to look at him.
He looks at me and then back at the sunset. " It's nothing. Just stupid stuff." He says. "Hey! you're not going to tell me your best friend wow! Who is she the girl you're crushing on? I know that look" I sigh. I'm sad now.
"umm. This girl I like is so perfect in every way. her use of words. I could listen to her stories to the end of the world." He pauses for a moment. "But.- But I know I don't deserve her she deserves the world not a jerk like me."
"Hey don't degrade yourself," I state. He ignores me. "Hey. COLE MITCHELL SPROUSE DON'T IGNORE ME!" I say getting frustrated. "Tell me who she is." He shakes his head. "Wow! If you're not going to tell me I'm leaving" Still no answer. I sigh and get up I start walking. I feel a strong tug on my sleeve. So strong that I stumble back and fall. I fall straight into cole now, he's laying on the grass and I'm on top of him.
At this point, I'm blushing like an idiot. "Please tell me. Do you not trust me." I say. "No, I trust you so fucking much... more than I trust Dylan."He replies. "then tell me." I get off him and sit next to him.
He looks at the ground. "It's you" I'm taken aback by this answer. I don't answer immediately. "Just forget I said anything okay." He says. "You have a crush on me?" I smirk. "Yeah, I mean who wouldn't look at you. you're so perfect." This makes me blush.
"I love you." Another thing he said which made my heart skip a beat. "I love you Y/L/N. "
"Cole Mitchell Sprouse I love you" I reply. He smiles goofily. He leans in close. I'm literally screaming inside. His lips touch mine. Soft and full of love. We pull away for air. We lean our foreheads together. "Would you like to be my girlfriend?"He whispers "That would be nice" I reply.
"Now ! let's eat I'm starving!"He says. I laugh. "yeah I'm starving too," I say and look at him. This was something I was going to cherish for my whole life.
