Cole's pov

I watched as y/n talked and laughed with her friends. she was gonna take another red solo cup. I watched through the croud. I walk behind her and wrap my hands around her and grab the cup. I quietly whisper in her ear. "that's it. you've had 3 already. we don't want a drunk y/n around" she laughs. When I see her smile or laugh I fall in love with her all over again. we've been dating for almost a year now in 2 months it'll complete one year with this beautiful lady.

We were currently at my friend tylers house for a party. He said it was a small get together. but oof the whole town arrived {probably}

I unwrap my hands and go talk to some of my friends.

Y/n's pov

I need another drink but cole said no. So I need to respect that answer. [oof]. Tyler walks up to our friend group.
"hey girls having fun?" he says
"definitely," I say
he hands me a red solo cup. "I saw cole telling you to not drink anymore...well it's okay you're old enough"

I take the cup and softly smile. he walks away.

Time skip

Tyler had spiked the drink I should have realized I felt my legs give out. A pair of strong hands wrapped around my waist. "Cole?" I whispered. No answer came. I was too weak to do anything so I just got dragged. I felt the cold bedsheets underneath me. What was happening? I felt a presence over me. I tried to concentrate on what was happening but my senses were burred. sloppy kisses were being placed on my neck.

"So beautiful" I heard a familiar voice mutter. Tyler? No this can't be happening
"tyler...stop what are you doing?" I push at his chest but my hands are too weak. he takes my hands by my wrist and puts them abouve my head i try and scream but nothing comes out of my mouth. All i know is i'm in my underwear.

I heard the door swing open and Tyler being yanked off me. Everything was a blur. I heard the door close again. This time it was locked.
"Baby? Are you okay?"
"Hmmm" I softly reply. Cole pulls me into a tight hug. Tears start to well in my eyes. I start to cry. He pats my head.
"Shhhh it's okay it's okay, I'm here" he softly says.
"Can we go home and just cuddle?" I say in a baby voice.
He nods "this is the last time we're going to a big party" he says sternly.
I smile. He quickly pecks my lips and takes off his jacket and covers me.
He carries me out of the house and we go home.
