They finished their pizza and even shared an ice cream fudge brownie together since they were already so full. She laid back, patting her belly, “Ugh, I’m so full.” she laughed.

He leaned back, patting his belly as well, “Me too. I don’t know if I could even get up.” he said. “I should also get going back to Chicago as well. I don’t want my manager thinking I left the whole day.”

She nodded. “Of course,” she said with a faint smile. So this is how it ends. She knew deep down she would never spend a day like this with Harry. She’ll never forget this day though. Even when she’s 50 years old, she’ll remember it as if it was yesterday. “I wish this day would never end,” she said, almost in a whisper.

“I wish so too. It’s been the best day I’ve had so far since we packed up and left.” he said.

“Hope, do you want me to drive you back home first?” she asked her.

Hope nodded. She’d never seen her sister so happy with someone. She wanted her to spend as much time as possible with Harry before he had to leave again.

Cristina dropped Hope off at her Uncle’s house back with Karly and drove back to Chicago. It was quiet on the road back to downtown. They both felt sad that they had to part their ways. Even though she was invited to the concert, she knew he was going to be too busy to pay attention to her.

“How about you come backstage with me during the performance,” he asked her, as they started to see the city skyline.  ”I’ll introduce you to my mates and we can all hang out together. I’ll request a tag for you so security don’t think you’re sneaking in.” he said.

Her face brightened as he said this. “That would be awesome! I’d love to. I’ve never been backstage before. That must be fun.” she said.

They reached downtown to the venue he would be performing at. “So where should I park?” she asked.

“Uhm, I’m not really sure. We can just go to where all the cars are.” he said, pointing to the back of the venue. She drove around to the back of the venue and parked the car.

“Is it alright to say I’m kinda nervous meeting the rest of the band,” she asked him, blushing. “You guys are just so incredible. I wasn’t expecting all this to really happen.” she said.

He laughed, putting his arm around her shoulder. She felt so small compared to him. As if he towered over her like The Sears Tower and she was the Stock Trading Center. “It’s alright,” he said. “The guys will love you. If I like you. They’ll like you.” he said. She blushed, as she followed him into the building to backstage. They walked down a long hall, still with his arm around her shoulder. All of a sudden she started hearing a lot of ruckus going on in one room. She could hear laser guns being blasted off from a video game and boys yelling and laughing. They walked into the room and all eyes were on Harry and Cristina.

Zayn stood up, “Hey, hey, hey what have we here,” he asked walking up to them.

“She’s with me,” Harry said, smiling his cheeky smile. She looked up at him smiling and then back at Zayn.

“You guys are really, really cool,” she said in a dorky way. She laughed a little to herself and put her hand to her forehead, looking down. “Sorry, I’m not really prepared. I wasn’t really prepared to meet Harry in the street either.” she said, feeling flabbergasted.

Harry put his finger to her chin, lifting it up gently. “Hey, it’s okay.” he said. She looked into his green eyes, getting lost into them. He looked into her brown eyes, also getting lost into them.

“Hey!” Louis yelled, standing up from the couch to break the tension.

They both laughed, coming back to Earth.

“Louis,” she yelled back. “You’re honestly so funny in those video diaries. I can’t even- how did you keep a straight face like that the whole time?” she asked.

“I’ve got control.” he said, looking at Niall.

They all laughed. She sat down on a couch between Harry and Zayn. Harry still kept his arm around her shoulder. Zayn kept trying to catch her attention and Harry wasn’t defensive about it. She guessed that Harry must know there must be something between them after that lock in the eyes. So he didn’t feel jealous.
