Ethan rolled over to see a softly sleeping Christina. She looked so peaceful. The more he admired her, the more magnificent she became. The way the light beautifully shined over her body illuminating it. She was the most beautiful person he had seen in his existence and that was real. He needed to get closer so he leaned over her. He smiled, she was so lovely, he thought. Christina opened her eyes and immediately punched him in the face and he groaned out in pain.

Christina sat up. She rubbed her eyes and groggily said, “What? Why you screaming?”

“You hit me.”

Christina laughs, “Well you scared me. Who stands over someone while they’re sleeping anyway?”

“I wasn’t standing I was leaning.”

“Same difference.”

“No it’s not and why do you wake up fighting,” Ethan says holding his face.

“Only when there is a threat?”

“Since when am I a threat?”

“Since when are you not?”

“That’s so true. You need to do better please.”

“NO you need to do better.”

“I have. No go in there and fix daddy some breakfast.”

“Ha! No honey you go in there and fix mommy some breakfast. If you knew what was good for you, you would do what I say.”

Ethan cocked an eyebrow, “Excuse me? I think you have hit your head on the headboard too much last night because you have lost your mind.”

“Oh really?” Christina says leaning towards Ethan. She kisses his lips between statements. “So what you are saying is that,” kiss,” I’m not who your love,” kiss,” so you’re not going to do this one little thing for me?” kiss. Ethan attempts to say, “But,” kiss,” it’s not my job too do that,” kiss,” you’re the woman.” “And,” kiss, “Come on Daddy, please?” kiss. They were now laid back on the bed, Christina on top. She lifted up from kissing him and said, “Don’t you love me?”

“Yes, ofcourse, Chrissy.”

“Then go make me some breakfast.”

“You can’t just come in my house making demands.” Christina kissed him. “Okay maybe you can, but this will not end well.”

“I’m not worried. You’re an excellent cook honey.” Christina kisses his neck. She drags her tongue with her kisses up his neck to his ear. Her tongue entangled his ear-lobed into her mouth. She closed her mouth and Ethan pushed her off of him and he jumped out of bed, tripping over the covers. He clears his throat and says, “Okay. So what do you want for breakfast?”

Christina giggled, “Surprise me.”

“Fine.”

Christina plopped down on the pillows and exhaled. Then she got up and got in the shower. She began to sing. She didn’t hit any of the notes. “I’m washing, I’m washing, I’m washing in the shower…showerrrrr, showeerrrr, showereerrrrrrr! He gave it to me good, good, good. Whoop whoop. Here it is, rubba dub dub washing in the shower gettin’ all soapy clean. La la, lalalala, la, la and I bet they wish they could sing as terrible as me but they can’t nope they can’t. They can’t get it from Ethan like me,” she sung ecstatically, horrible. Christina breaks out in dance. She was failing an attempt at moon walking in the shower then she slide back and forth in the shower her hands and shoulders simultaneously rubbing against her knees in circles.

Chrisitina heard some rumble and stopped and listened. Surprisingly, she really couldn’t hear anything but pots clinging but nothing sounded like a struggle. She kept on dancing and singing. Then Ethan’s voice echoed in her head, “Christina! Where are you? Come help me. Quick!” Christina jumped out the shower, grabbed a towel and ran downstairs. The house was a mess. She looked in the kitchen and it looked as if it had been turned upside down. She crept around the bar. She saw Ethan laying on the floor, blood everywhere. “Ethan!” she screamed running to his side. Ethan, breathless, stated to her, “No, leave me. It’s not me they want, it’s you. you have to leave now, go.”
