(Arthur's POV)

For several days Merlin was allowed to rest, which means I have to do everything alone. My chamber looks like a pigsty and all my things are dirty. I can not even get this damned armor on my own! Cursed! I cursed all the time and kicked my things.
(Knocking sound)
"What!! ??" I exclaimed in despair. The door opened and Gwen came in. "Sir? is everything alright? "she asked. "Yeah I'm sorry" I sighed and dropped on my bed.

"Can I help?" She asked, picking up a few things from the floor. "No, I want Merlin back," I whined. Gwen smiled and left my chamber. I rolled around in bed. I just don't know what to do. It's boring without Merlin and I need him for so many things.
Ich wish he could be here.

(Three days later | Merlins POV)

I felt better than ever. Actually, I would have had to work for Arthur for a long time, but he certainly could manage without me. I could have healed myself with sorcery, but Gaius said that would only make it worse because the knife was also enchanted.

I got ready for my work and then set off to wake Arthur up. I opened the door and a horrible smell came to meet me. Here it looked like a pigsty. There was moldy fruit on the table and things were lying around everywhere. I knew that Arthur is a bit sloppy, but that's too much. I tore open the curtains and grabbed a bowl to pick things up on the floor. "Time to get up, sir," I called. "Damn Merlin, get out!" Muttered Arthur. "I thought you would be glad to see me" I laughed. "You're right, come here," Arthur said as he stood up to hug me. "Good to have you again," he whispered as we hugged each other.

"Gaius said you cried?" I asked.
"No that's not true!" he resisted, but I know that it was like that, I heard him. He looked at me with his innocence look. "Do not I get any thanks?" I asked as I kept cleaning up.
"For what?"

"I saved you, you were enchanted"
"No you lazily lay around and I had to do everything alone" he said gesturing wildly with his arms. "Ehh" I started but Arthur interrupted me. "Now that you're fine, you can muck up the stable, polish my armor and my shoes and let me take a bath but first you can make me something to eat," he said. I was speechless. Now I save his life for the second time and don't get a single thank you.
"Idiot" I whispered when I went out of the room.
"I heard that!" He screamed.
