Can I Have The Day Off?

Joe🎧 I woke up to Zoë knocking on my door, she had to make sure that I was up for school because mum and dad  were up working really early.
"What do you want!"
Zoë🍁 "it's school, HURRY UP"
Joe🎧 "I ain't going!"
Zoë🍁 "Yes you are!"
Joe🎧 "No I'm not, Zoë leave it"
Zoë🍁 "alright then I'll call mum, no dad, you can explain to them!"
Joe🎧 "whatever I'm not going in"
Zoë burst in I was laying in bed on my phone
Zoë🍁 "Joe why aren't you going in"
Joe🎧 "Someone needs me more than a stupid education, look I'm in tomorrow, don't tell mum or dad, what they don't know won't hurt them"
Zoë🍁 "Try and persuade me, if I thik that you should have the day off then"
Joe🎧 "Zo, I can't"
Zoë🍁 "you have 10 minutes to get ready and meet me outside"
Joe🎧 "FINE! There's this girl, Dianne, I was with her on Sunday, and yesterday afternoon, she's in lodes of trouble, I said I would go with her"
Zoë🍁 "Joe what's wrong with her"
Joe🎧 "I can't say, look please I'll keep you updated as to where I am, I'm going with Dianne"
Zoë🍁 "I can't be arsed to argue have the day off,look I've got to go cos I'm actually going to school, lock up don't forget to set the alarm"
Joe🎧 "thank you zo, honestly"
Zoë left so I called Dianne to see when her appointment was.

Joe- morning
Dianne-good morning, I have booked an appointment and I said the nature and the receptionist said that I would most likely be referred to a maternity unit, I might go to the one at the hospital Chloe's then I can always slip away when I have appointments.
Joe- okie dokie, that would be a good plan, one problem, my sister was really suspicious about me spending time away from the family and I managed to get today off but I don't think she was to pleased.
Dianne- what did you say about me!
Joe- it's fine, I said that I was going somewhere really important with you and you need me there, all she knows is your names Dianne
Dianne- okay, thank you, where we meeting?
Joe- I'll meet at yours, what time is your appointment?
Dianne- well it's 7:45 now and it's at 9 you can come round whenever you want I'm ready
Joe- how are you ready, I'll be round in 1/2 hour, is that okay?
Dianne- Perfect, do you think I need to bring anything?
Joe- I have no clue I don't think you will need to
Dianne- cool, Love You
Joe- Love You too, see you later.

I finished doing my hair and then I tidied up a bit and ate some breakfast,

I heard a knock at the door and I ran downstairs I looked through the window and it was joe, as soon as I open the door my phone rung I said hi to joe and answered the phone, it was from a random number.

Doctor🥼 "Hello is that Miss Buswell?"
Dianne🧜‍♀️ "it is what's wrong?"
Doctor🥼 "is there anyone that can come up to the hospital, urgently"

{A/N: So, its a cliffhanger, sorryyyyy 😔 also sorry it wasn't earlier but I've been up early and doing stuff this week and I needed to sleep, I woke up at 11 and I've been sat watching YouTube and haven't really been on my phone, any tips on how to get out of bed I will be grateful, I've also had that song stuck in my head ALL day 😂}
