Kaiden P.O.V

"Hey!"

Xavier turned and looked up at the sound of his name.

"What's up." He smiled walking up to me against the flow of people in the hall.

"What's up? What's up is your about to get yo ass beat." I scoffed

"Yeah yeah sure." Xavier scoffed back

"Don't be so cocky young one."

"I'm pretty sure I'm older than you." Xavier smirked

"Doubtful." I scoffed smiling

"Fuck you." He smiled

"You're hurting my feelings." I fake cried

"Awww wanna hug it out?" Xavier mocked

"Yes!" I cried holding out my arms

"Alright Alright. It's okay." He cooed hugging me

I turned him around and wrapped my arm around his neck

"Kaiden!" Xavier wheezed pulling at my arm

I laughed and pushed him away

"Jeez dude!" He coughed laughing

"Nope." I turned away crossing my arms

"What?" Xavier questioned

"I win so like don't talk to me."

I grabbed my genitals as a sharp pain rang out in them.

I heard Xavier laughing as I slowly slumped onto the floor.

"It's a tie." He scoffed smiling

"Yeah yeah." I groaned standing up

The 3 minute bell rang out and I sighed internally

"Alright see ya I guess." Xavier said holding out his hand

"Aight" I sighed doing our hand shake

My class was up 3 flights of stairs on the other side of the building

Great...

I jogged to the stairs and made my way up, up, and up

Once on the top I ran across the building and slowed to a walk when I reached the hall my class was on

It was completely empty in the hall

It was like a switch was flipped

That happy personality I had with Xavier was gone

I just wanted to lie down on the cold tile floor

The lump in my throat formed and a pit in my stomach

I always felt like I had to be happy for people because if I wasn't happy they would think something is wrong

But nothing is wrong sometimes I just get sad

No explanation

So why talk about it if nothing is wrong?

I just don't want to be a burden...

I don't want to be an inconvenience...

And,

I don't want him to feel this pain I feel in my heart every time I'm alone
