((A/N: hey guys sorry it took so long to publish the second chapter. I've been stuck in a rut with the story. So what do you think? I know Suzy just sorta met BG! She hates him in a way just because of her past!!! Again sorry for the lack of updates! Also any female song that I use is going to be a song she wrote all the actual credit goes to the real artists and the writers of the songs! Love Suzy))

I finally forgive luke and drop my stuff on my bunk in his bus. I know luke wants me to be happy but i just dont like it when him and caroline try and set me up on a blind date. Those never ever seem to go well. I sit next to Luke and Brittney with a huff. I take a sip of my beer and look around the small camp grounds for the singer's. I catch Hunter Hayes' gaze and look away.

'Why do I always get caught up in these types of relationships.' I think to myself. I snap out of my head when Luke says something.

"Yes you should." Lauren agrees with Luke.

"Wait what am I getting drug into doing this time?" I ask confused.

I hear Brantley laugh. "Luke wants you to play for us. Something about you having an amazing voice."

"What no I don't!" I say blushing and looking away.

Jason snorts and shoves his guitar into my hands. I sigh and situate the guitar better.

"What am i Playing?" I ask softly but still loud enough for a few people to hear.

"Play your song that you wrote." Luke says.

"But.." I stamper, Luke gives me a look and I nod strumming.

"I was riding shotgun
With my hair undone
In the front seat of his car
He's got a one-hand feel
On the steering wheel
The other on my heart
I look around, turn the radio down
He says, "Baby is something wrong?"
I say, "Nothing
I was just thinking
How we don't have a song"
And he says...

[Chorus:]
Our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on your window
When we're on the phone and you talk real slow
'Cause it's late and your mama don't know
Our song is the way you laugh
The first date: "Man, I didn't kiss her, when I should have."
And when I got home ... 'fore I said, "Amen"
Asking God if he could play it again

I was walking up
The front porch steps
After everything that day
Had gone all wrong
And been trampled on
And lost and thrown away
Got to the hallway,
Well, on my way
To my lovin' bed
I almost didn't notice
All the roses
And the note that said...

Our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on your window
When we're on the phone and you talk real slow
'Cause it's late and your mama don't know
Our song is the way you laugh
The first date: "Man, I didn't kiss her, when I should have"
And when I got home ... 'fore I said, "Amen"
Asking God if he could play it again

I've heard every album, listened to the radio
Waited for something to come along
That was as good as our song...

'Cause our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on his window
When we're on the phone and he talks real slow
'Cause it's late and his mama don't know
Our song is the way he laughs
The first date: "Man, I didn't kiss him, when I should have"
And when I got home ... 'fore I said, "Amen"
Asking God if he could play it again
Play it again

Oh, yeah...
Oh-oh, yeah

I was riding shotgun
With my hair undone
In the front seat of his car
I grabbed a pen
And an old napkin
And I wrote down our song...."

"Damn Luke you were right. Doll you have an amazing voice." Brantley says

"Thanks." I mutter blushing
