"Minho!" Jeongin beams once he spots the elder approaching the lunch table. "You're actually sitting with us!"

Minho smiles and takes a seat "yeah I came to the conclusion that moping around wasn't doing me any good" he says and Jisung doesn't even bother trying to hide the smug smile on his face.

He felt proud that he was the one that was actually able to force Minho out of his house. Although Minho didn't want Jisung to help, the younger was taking pride in the fact he managed to do it.

"So are you feeling better now?" Hyunjin asks, resting a hand against Minho's shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze.

For some reason Jisung didn't fully believe that Hyunjin didn't know what was wrong with Minho. He seemed to be asking a lot of pretty random questions, or claiming that he had forgotten something that had happened and asked the others to jog his memory. And the way him and Minho seemed to be having a silent conversation it only made Jisung more suspicious.

"If you have something to say then say it out loud" Jisung says and instantly Hyunjin moves his hand and Minho looks away.

It was strange. Hyunjin looked almost...angry. Was he angry at Jisung?

Jisung tried to recall anything he had done wrong to make Hyunjin so upset with him but he couldn't think of anything.

"Jisung stay out of it" he says and it was obvious that the tension on the table had risen.
Chan looked like he was ready to break apart any fights that may occur. Jeongin and Seungmin looked like they were ready to make a run for it. Woojin was keeping an eye on the teacher that wasn't far from the table, just in case they needed help. Although, Changbin and Felix looked completely unbothered and were ready to record the whole thing on their phones.

"Why should I stay out of it?" Jisung laughs bitterly "he's only sat with us because of my efforts. Don't be so quick to judge, Hyunjin"

"Aren't your efforts the reason he was upset in the first place" Hyunjin shoots back but Minho hits his arm.

"Guys there's already enough arguing in this group" Chan interrupts "I don't want there to be anymore"

Both boys quieten down but the tension was still thick. No one dared to even speak up in case either Jisung or Hyunjin snapped at them.

The whole situation was pretty amusing to Jisung. The fact that Hyunjin was sticking up for Minho rather than him. He was more annoyed at the fact that Minho wasn't being honest, it was Jisung that had cheered him up. Whether they both hated each other or not he should at least be honest.

"Minho" he says and the whole group looks up, not quite sure what was about to happen "You're pathetic".

Hyunjin looked furious but he wasn't childish enough to get up and hurt Jisung in any way.

But Minho was.

Within seconds Minho had gotten up and was dragging Jisung out oh his chair. "Stop acting like you're some sort of god because you took me to the movies!" Minho yells, to busy trying to hurt Jisung to care that he had been pinned to the floor.

"You need to stop acting so friggin proud and admit that I helped you!" Jisung snaps back, practically sitting on Minho, his legs either side of his body as he raises his fist in the air, ready to bring it down.

"HAN JISUNG AND LEE MINHO!" A voice yells, causing the two to stop fighting. They both glance up at the teacher that stood over them. Their friends only stood shaking their heads in disappointment. "Principles office now!"

Jisung and Minho sat next to each other, both with frowns on their faces. This had happened a handful of times before so they were use to this, and so was the principal.

The man sighs and takes a seat behind his desk, looking from Jisung to Minho. "What did you argue about this time?" He asks, waiting expectantly.

Minho glances over at Jisung but he only looks away, and indication that he wasn't going to answer.
"It was just a silly misunderstanding that went a little too far" Minho says and Jisung nods meekly. "We never had any intention of hurting each other".

"We've told you before that we're friends" Jisung adds "why else would I hang around with him in school"

The principal doesn't look persuaded "I just find it odd that it's always you two that are getting into fights" he says, recalling the previous times the two had caused each other nose bleeds, concussion and broken bones. "Do your other friends fight like this"

"No, we just have very big personalities and they clash sometimes" Minho confirms "he's one of my best friends, friends fight and argue all the time"
Jisung only nods in agreement.

This was the excuse they always used to get themselves out of these types of situations. Teachers and other students knew they shared the same friends so it wasn't difficult to lie and say they were also friends.

"You two really need to learn to control your tempers" the man says, signing two slips of paper on his desk.

Minho and Jisung glance at one another, both knowing that they had been controlling their tempers a lot lately. It was kind of irritating how all of that progress they thought they had made seemed to have vanished.

"Here" the principal hands them both a piece of paper each "these are your detention slips for the week. Please don't let this happen again, you're both good students, don't let your difficult friendship ruin that".

They both thank him before standing and leaving the office. They had thought the lecture was over but obviously they were wrong.

Chan stood outside of the office with his arms crossed and a disapproving look on his face "strike two"
