"I can't believe I'm doing this" Minho mutters, already looking like he wanted to throw himself off a cliff edge. He sat opposite Jisung in the library, Chan had said they should have a 'study date' although Jisung's intentions were to stare at a textbook for an hour without having to speak to the elder. But of course Minho had to open his big mouth.
"Doing what?" Jisung mumbles as he aimlessly turns the page of his book, not really reading anything in particular.
Minho sighs and pulls the textbook away from Jisung so that the younger had no option but to put his full attention on Minho "I was reading that"
"You don't even study geography" the elder points out and Jisung only pouts, slouching in his chair a little "look, I've been told that I have to ask you out on a date this weekend" he says "so...would you go on a date with me?"
Just hearing that made Jisung want to scream. Of course he doesn't mind being asked out on a date but not by Minho. The elder was a little more tolerable but the thought of going on a date with him didn't exactly sound appealing. "Can I say no?"
"No. You're technically my boyfriend, you should want to go on a date with me"
Jisung only rolls his eyes at this. Minho would definitely not be the type of guy Jisung would date.
"Since I obviously don't have a choice I'll have to say yes" he forces a smile and Minho does the same. "You have to pay for it all though" he points out.
"What! Why? I didn't want to ask you on a date" he sheiks, quickly apologising when the librarian tells him to be quiet.
"True, but that cotton candy you bought me doesn't make up for the smoothie I bought you, the cinema ticket, the popcorn and the theme park ticket" he shrugs "it was a kind gesture but let's be real, you owe me"
Minho sighs and nods, angrily closing his book and shoving it into his bag "fine, but I get to plan the date".
"You can't make it cheap" Jisung points his finger, his eyes narrowing "if you're going to take me on a date you may as well make it good, act like I'm a guy you genuinely have feelings for".
Jisung had never been on a date before. Not a real one. He'd gone out with a few guys and they'd ordered food whilst they watched movies, but he didn't count them as a 'date' since there was no real effort put into them. Since this would technically be his first ever date he at least wanted it to be nice. The least Minho could do was make an effort.
"Feelings? For you?" He laughs "even faking that would be difficult".
Jisung wasn't amused. He glares at the elder and slouches in his seat a little "please just leave now"
Minho smiles sweetly "my pleasure"

"You don't look happy" Hyunjin points out.
Jisung rolls his eyes. He looks up at the elder who sat on the couch. "How observant of you" he mutters, his words dripping in sarcasm. The fact that he was sprawled out on his living room floor may have been a bit of a give away.
"What's wrong?" Seungmin asks, walking in from the kitchen with two glasses of water, handing one over to Hyunjin. He stops and gives Jisung a small kick, just making sure he was still alive, only being satisfied when Jisung let's out a groan and rolls over to curl himself into a ball.
"I have to go on a date with Lee Minho" Jisung wailed, letting out a small sobbing sound. He knew he was a drama queen but he was still pretty upset that he would have to live on knowing that Minho was the one that took him on his first date. If it had been any of his other friends then he wouldn't have minded as much.
"Aw it's like you two are a real couple now" Seungmin coos, knowing fine well that he was annoying Jisung.
Jisung sits up, grabbing a pillow and throwing it at the younger boy "we will never be a real couple" he corrects "as soon as this whole thing is over I'm pretty sure I'll be sick to death of seeing that guys face".
Hyunjin laughs and shakes his head "You're so indenial" he says "can't you see that you and Minho actually seem to get along now? Even at the party, you both had to agree to get the last strike" Seungmin nods in agreement "a few weeks ago you would have just done it whether he wanted to or not. And you took him to a theme park in an attempt at building your friendship".
Jisung scoffs "what are you getting at?"
"He means that if the whole plan to make you and Minho friends worked, then the fact that you two are now being forced to date may actually make you two fall for one another" Seungmin explains but Jisung only pulls a face of disgust.
Sometimes he questioned his friends stupidity, not knowing whether to pity them or not. "That's not gonna happen, you gotta remember that me and Minho have hated each other for a long time".
"And why do you hate each other?" Hyunjin smiles, knowing fine well the answer he would get.
"I-I don't know".
"Exactly! So don't be so quick to dismiss something that could happen" he says, looking rather proud of himself "besides, you two would make a cute couple"
Jisung automatically gags at this. If two people that hate each other would 'look cute together' then there was something wrong with the world.
"You guys are blind. Either that or you're completely mad!" He yells, pushing himself up off the living room floor and sitting on the opposite end of the couch. Well away from his crazy friends. "Anyway, enough chitchat about Minhoe, let's watch a movie"
