Jisung opens an eye and takes in his surroundings. He was home...but he couldn't remember getting there. He was happy that he hadn't woke up in some random ditch but the confusion and intense headache wasn't any sort of comfort to him.
Slowly, he rolls himself out of his bed, landing on the floor with a thud and a groan. This only makes his headache even worse.
After spending around five minutes rolling around of the floor whimpering in pain like an injured dog, he eventually pulls himself to his feet, shuffling out of his room and towards his kitchen to grab some pills for the headache. That was until he spotted something...or someone.
Minho lay fast asleep on the couch, soft snores escaping his lips. This seemed to jog Jisung's Memories of the night before.
He remembered Minho dragging him home, forcing him to eat something before he went to sleep. There was also a hazy memory of Minho tucking Jisung into bed, making sure he was comfortable.
The memory brought a weird feeling to Jisung that he didn't like. Within seconds he had stormed over to his couch, pushing Minho off. "Get out of my house!" He yells and the elder jumps awake.
"Jisung what the fuck!" He screams back, pressing a hand to his heart to try and calm himself down from the shock of being woken up so suddenly.
"Get out my house" he repeats, crossing his arms over his chest "who said you could stay here" his voice was calm as he watched Minho stand up, rubbing his tired eyes and yawning a little.
"You did" he replies, the tiredness audible in his voice. "You didn't want me to go home"
This causes Jisung to suck in a breath, if he couldn't remember that then god knows what else he had said. "You talk a lot when you're drunk you know"Jisung doesn't say anything for a moment, only watches as Minho grabs his jacket, ready to leave.
This whole scenario seemed strangely familiar, like they'd had this exact conversation before.
"Wait" he says, stopping Minho in his tracks. He sighs and looks down "I'm sorry, I lost my temper".Jisung knew that this was probably the first time Minho had received a real apology from him so the shocked expression was expected. "W-What?"
"I want to get along with you" Jisung starts, sitting down on the couch and patting the space beside him for Minho "I didn't mean to get angry, my short temper gets the better of me sometimes".
Minho doesn't say anything but he doesn't make any move to sit beside Jisung. Instead he pulls on his jacket and continues his way towards the door "Well I don't want to get along with you" he mutters, opening the door and slamming it on his way out.
Honestly Jisung deserved that. He shouldn't have gotten angry so easily and yelled. Lately he had been noticing that he gets excited when his friends force them to spend time together, which means that Jisung obviously doesn't hate him as much as he likes to think.
He didn't like this. He didn't want his friends being all cocky because their 'plan' worked. He was past caring about whether his friends got upset when him and Minho argued, all he cared about was showing his friends that him and Minho were just never meant to be friends.
Maybe if they started treating each other the way they had before, then they could go back to hating each other.
Quickly, Jisung jumps up from the couch and opens the door "Minho!" He yells, thankful that Minho seems to walk slowly. The elder was at the end of the hallway, ready to step into the elevator, but stops when Jisung races towards him. "Punch me!" Jisung says, tapping his cheek and turning his head slightly.
"What?" He asks, a look of utter confusion evident on his face.
"Punch me" Jisung repeats, grabbing Minho's arm and bringing his hand closer to his face, mimicking a weak punch "like this, just do it like you use to".
Minho pulls his hand out of Jisung's grip and brings it closer to his chest "no, why would you want me to punch you, weirdo" he turns to step into the elevator but Jisung grips onto his jacket and pulls him back.
Unfortunately, Jisung loses his balance and feels himself begin to fall backwards. He closed his eyes and braced himself for hitting the floor...but it never came. Instead, two arms wrapped around him, keeping him upright. Minho's face was incredibly close to his own and his mind went back to the night before when they had been on the beach.
As soon as he realised the situation, Jisung was quick to push Minho away. "What the fuck? You should have let me fall" he mutters, trying his best to hide the small blush that he knew for sure was tinting his cheeks.
"Why would I let you fall?" Minho was acting completely clueless and Jisung could feel the anger building inside himself.
"Because you hate me!" He yells "you hate me and you should have punched me without me having to ask you to and you shouldn't have caught me when I fell!" He glares at the shocked elder in front of him. Only now did he feel incredibly embarrassed by what he had said.
Minho sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose "Jisung I-"
"Just go" the younger whispers "it was a stupid thing for me to say" with that he turns, walking back down the hallway towards his apartment, closing the door and sliding his body down it.
