The two weeks had seemed to fly by and before Jisung knew it, it was officially his last day of being Minho's 'boyfriend'. Although it had been a punishment, Jisung didn't think it was all that bad. Usually Chan would just make them hold hands around school, or walk each other to class, thankfully they were never made to kiss but they did have to hug every now and then.

Overall, it hadn't been as bad as Jisung initially thought it would be. At midnight he could get the whole break up out of the way and him and Minho can go back to slowly building their friendship without their friends forcing it on them.

One thing Jisung had noticed though is that he actually didn't mind when his friends forced them to do things. When Felix would follow them to Math and yell at them for not holding hands, Jisung didn't mind the feeling of Minho lacing his fingers with his own, giving his hand a small squeeze. Or when Woojin would get mad at them for arguing and force them to hug and apologise, Jisung didn't mind reaching up and draping his arms around Minho's neck, smelling the sweet scent of his cologne.

He didn't mind and it scared him. He should mind. He should hate it and he should be complaining about how annoying it is that he has to do these things but he doesn't.

As he enters his class he spots Minho sat at his usual desk, flipping through his notebook. The way the sunlight from the window shone on him made him look almost ethereal and Jisung can feel his hands become clammy.

He takes a deep breath, carrying on towards his own desk and taking a seat and Minho looks up with a smile. "I was wondering if you were going to come in or just stand there all day" he laughs but the comment only made Jisung look down at the wooden surface of his desk. "Sorry did I upset you? I just thought it would be funny since that's what you said to me on my first day-"

"Yeah I got the joke" he snaps, still not daring to look up but he sees Minho's posture slouch a little from the corner of his eye.

"Oh, Okay" he laughs a little awkwardly but Jisung ignores it, thankful that the teacher enters the classroom to start the lesson.

Jisung felt bad but he really wasn't in the mood to talk to Minho, especially when he was feeling so weird.

For most of the lesson Jisung opted to stare out of the window, watching birds fly over and clouds move. His mind was to busy trying to figure things out for him to concentrate on the lesson.

When the lesson was finally over Jisung was quick to stand from his desk and rush from the classroom. Seen as though he's usually the last person to leave, the fact he had been the first must have looked a little off.

As he runs down the hallway he doesn't even notice someone coming towards him as he collides with their chest, falling back onto the ground with a groan. "Jisung what the hell are you running for?" Chan's familiar voice says, holding a hand out to help the younger up.

Jisung gladly takes it, letting Chan pretty much pull him up to his feet. "I um...I-if you see Minho tell him I went home ill" he says, forcing a small smile before pushing past his friend and running down the rest of the hallway, hoping that the science lab would act as a good hiding spot. He knew none of his friends took science.

He didn't know exactly why he was running from Minho, but he definitely knew he didn't want to be near him. He didn't like the way he felt when he was around him. He shouldn't be feeling this way.

Jisung sat nervously in his room. He had bundled himself in his bedsheets, hugging a pillow tightly as some form of comfort.

Just knowing that Minho was on his way over was making him nervous. He didn't want the questions of why he had pretty much avoided everyone today. At least Minho didn't know that it was him he was avoiding.

A knock at the front door causes Jisung to jump, his eyes widening and his heartbeat speeding up just a little. He glances over at the clock that read 11:50 pm. He had ten minutes before he could 'break up' with Minho and never have to be close with him unless he choose to be.

Just because they had agreed to be friends didn't mean they had to be close friends.

Jisung gets up from his bed, keeping himself wrapped in his blanket as he opens the door. "What are you doing here?" He asks coldly, not wanting to sound too eager or happy to see him.

"Um well we're supposed to break up" Minho laughs a little "you told me last week to come here".

"That's today?" Jisung fakes a shocked expression, ignoring the questioning look of the elder. "Thank god".

He could tell Minho was a little hurt by the comment but Jisung couldn't help it. It was like verbal diarrhoea, his mouth just said anything, whether it was mean or not.

Minho takes a step into the apartment, following Jisung over to the couch "what's with the blanket?" He asks, pointing at the baby pink fluffy blanket Jisung had wrapped over his head and around his body.

"Uhhh...I'm sick" he lies, adding a smile and a fake cough for emphasis.

"Oh, you should have said, I could have picked you up some medication on my way here" Minho says and Jisung tried his best to ignore the image in his mind of Minho taking care of him. "Should I make you some hot chocolate?"

Just as he was about to stand Jisung grabs his arm, pulling him back down onto the couch. "No. I just want to get this break up thing over with so I can go to sleep." He mutters "staying up this late isn't good for me anyway".

"O-oh okay". Jisung hated that he kept saying mean things but he didn't seem to have any sort of control of his words.

An awkward silence falls over them, both glancing around the room to avoid eye contact.
"Well..." Jisung starts, noticing the clock said midnight "it's been a difficult past few weeks but it's finally over" he laughs awkwardly, hiding his face with the blanket a little, not wanting to see how much he had hurt Minho this time.

"Yeah I guess" the elder mutters, a slight unsureness to his voice. For a moment he doesn't say anything else but Jisung feels the couch dip slightly and a pair of warm soft lips press a kiss to his cheek. "Thanks for being a great fake best friend and boyfriend"

Jisung was too shocked to respond or even turn to look at Minho as he stands and leaves the apartment.

Once the door had closed Jisung lets out a breath he hadn't realised he was holding. His hand makes it's way up to his cheek, gently brushing over the spot Minho had kissed.

"Fuck" he groans, burying his face in his hands "I think I like Minhoe"
