Hospital Office

Naina has been working very hard for the past one and a half years. The hospital is almost complete, her meetings have been turned into video confrences, she visits the office, and the site 3 times a week, they have found out the person who caused the accident, and are now in jail. Throughout the process, Naina has been showing Sameer everything that they are doing so that he does not feel left out.

Naina: Yeh hospital hamara ghar bangaya hai, jab bhi mein yaha aati hoon, I have a ray of hope that you will wake up. Munna, Pandit, Preeti and Swati are amazing in bussiness. We won the best company of the year award, and like always I won the best CEO award. I know you are feeling very proud. Muhjhe bike chalana aata hai, I know how to play the guitar and drums now. I'm also learning how to dance, maybe I just need a little bit of help. Waise Sameer jab tum sote ho, you look so cute. We all are missing you a lot, you can take your time. Koi rush nahi hai.

Naina kisses Sameer on the forehead, his eyes, nose, ears, cheeks, and his favorite place his lips. She takes her guitar out, and starts to sing a song for him

Sameer starts clapping for her, she becomes so overwhelmed that he is finally awake. She gives him a huge hug, and kisses him everywhere.

Sameer: I missed you so much Naina

Naina: I missed you a lot as well

Munna, Pandit, Swati and Preeti enter in looking very smart, Sameer becomes very surprised just by looking at them. They all give him a tight hug.

Munna: Bhai kaisa hai tu?

Sameer: Bahaut atcha hoon, you all look so professional

Swati: That's because of Naina, you know how much hard work she has done, this room turned into an office for her, itna kaam kiya har roz, she did not even take a break, she was always with you at every second.

Preeti: Naina tumse bahaut pyaar karti hai, stories sunnati ti, baate karti thi, project ka design dikaya ta, she used to stare and smile at you, not once did she cry, she was very strong, always made sure that you were comfortable.

Pandit: She got so lost between you and work, that she did not take out time for herself. Hamesha bolti thi, that I can't break Sameer's promise, she would always go to the church and temple for your well being.

Naina runs out of the hospital, and sits down on a bench, still thinking that it is her fault, as they should have gone together, and that she ruined his first day for him...

Naina: Mein bahaut burri hoon, I use to cry every night covering up my pain thinking that it won't hurt me. I still believe that I am unlucky ever since I entered Sameer's life.  Hamesha mere saat kyun hota hai? I spent my life without Sameer for 3 and a half years now? Is this an indication? Jab mein paas aati hoon mein kuch galat karti hoon, it's better if I stay away from Sameer? Atleast my shawdow won't be there to trouble him.

Naina is about to walk off when Sameer holds her hand, she turns around, puts his hand down and smiles at him.

Sameer: Naina tum teek ho na?

Naina: Haa bas tora stress hai, par mein sambaloongi, Munna and Pandit will take you home. I have some work to do for a few days back at my mansion.

Sameer: Naina your hiding something from me, please tell me what it is?

Naina: Mein unlucky hoon tumhare liye aur sab kay liye? Meri wajah say mere maa aur papa muhjhe chor kar chale gaye, my uncle passed away leaving me alone with no family, and now there was you, who got into an accident, and you were pronounced dead. Jab say mein aayi hoon tumhare zindagi mein, I have always given you pain, and now almost over 3 years of seperation. Yeh baar baar kyun hota hai? I need to stay away from you, please Sameer let me go. Only I know how I felt without you, I can't live with this pain anymore. It's suffocating me, I need some time alone.

Sameer: Naina, what are you saying? Your not unlucky for me, your my everything. Sameer is incomplete without Naina. Please Naina, don't leave me and go. I will die without you.

Naina: I already died without you for the past 1 and a half years. We were apart, but so close to one another. Yeh accident meri wajah say huwa hai, my bussiness rival wanted to kill me, but it got you instead. That's the biggest evidence for you.

Sameer, Munna, Pandit, Swati and Preeti see Naina getting into her car, and leaving without turning back....

Preeti: Naina satch bolrahi hai about the bussiness rival, she protected you all this time, but now it's too much for her, I know Naina very well, she is going to do something which will shock us all, be prepared for it, Sameer she will come back to you.
