Naina is at home today doing some cooking when all of a sudden, she goes to the bathroom, and pukes everything out. She does not feel well after that.

Naina: Muhjhe kya horaha hai, oh no mere periods bhi nahi aaye hai, kahi mein pregnant toh nahi hoon, I'll wait for Sameer to come back.

Once the food has been made, she places it on to the table, Naina begins to feel dizzy, and falls unconsious. Sameer is parking the car, gets out, and comes into see Naina unconsious. He runs towards her, places her on the bed, and calls for the doctor. She arrives, and checks on her until she begins to smile.

Doctor: Congratulations Mr. Maheswari you are going to become a dad.

Sameer becomes so overwhelmed that he sits next to Naina, and hugs her from the side expressing his happiness, the doctor goes from there...

Sameer: Ajj mein bahaut khush hoon we are going to become parents soon. Ajj say no kaam, mein sab kuch sambaloonga, aur pregnancy kay books shuru karna paregha. Yeh hamari pyaar kay nishani hai.

Naina: Sameer mein bhi bahaut khush hoon hamara batcha, we are going to give it so much love, I already feel connected with it. We should tell our families about this.

Sameer: Haa hum batayenghe par isse pehle we need to think of names. Tumhe kya chaheye boy or a girl?

Naina: I don't mind any will do for me

Sameer: Maine sochliya hai hamere batche kay naam kya hoga? Ashi for a girl and Randeep for a boy.

Naina: I love those names

Sameer rings up everyone telling that Naina is pregnant. They all come to see her. Vishaka becomes overjoyed that she is going to become a Dadi soon. She kisses her on the forehead.

Mom: Mein Nani banewali hoon

Sophia begins to cry as she is missing her biological parents and her uncle. They all understand how she is feeling without them.

Sophia: Agar maa, Papa aur Uncle Richard hote top aap Nana, Nani aur greatuncle ban jaate. I've never seen my mom, but my child will get everything from us, it won't be suffering like I did.

Sameer kisses her tears away, and holds her hands to comfort her...

Sameer: Maa, Papa aur Uncle Richard are looking down at us, they must be feeling very proud. We will give our child the best of everything, and I will always love and pamper you both. Ajj say no more stress or crying, we want to see you smiling.

Mom: Sameer you have to look after Naina very well, a lot of changes will happen like mood swings, making sure that Naina and the child are healthy, basically you have to manage everything.

Sameer: Maa mein karne kay liye tayyar hoon

After a few weeks Sameer takes Naina to the hospital for the first Sonagraphy. The doctor call them in, and it is a female. She lies down on a bed, and lifts her dress up, so that she can apply the gel. It is cold, and she begins to laugh. The doctor explains about the baby to the both of them, and that it is very healthy.

Sameer: Humme kab pata chalegha if it's a boy or a girl?

Doctor: Sooner or later, we need to prescribe some vitamins for the baby. Do you want a photograph of it?

Samaina: Yes please

They both leave the hospital, and get into the car. Naina can feel Sameer's deep love for her, she has such a caring husband. No matter how much they argue they will always come back together. She still remembers when they first met each other at school, they have come a very long way.
