——————————————————————Third person POV
Midoriya Izuku, a precocious child with so much hidden potential. He's incredibly intelligent and knows a lot about the world and the society it has created. He's most invested in the world of heroics and spends most of his time analysing heroes, ranging from their quirks to their personalities and even their backstories. He is completely aware of the dangers in the world he lives in, he knows that Heroes existed because of villains and vice versa, he knows that heroism existed because of quirks.
He knows that he's quirkless and yet he still aimed to be a hero.
He knew people looked down on him, treated him like trash, yet he still remained strong.
But it took him 13 years to finally reach his breaking point.
He had enough of how he's treated and decided that dying was the best option. He's just a burden, a waste of space.
But he was stopped from going further into despair by a figure with a blood-red scarf.
The figure told him that he could become a hero and gave him an offer he can't refuse.

AFTER SCHOOL: 2:50 pm
Izuku walked through the school gates with a wide smile, free from any bruises and injuries. He felt a tad bit happy that no one bothered to approach him during the whole school day, they all knew what happened in the sludge villain attack and they didn't know how to act in front of him let alone bring themselves to bully him. Their leader, Bakugou Katsuki, was absent due to being the main victim of the sludge villain.
Izuku was supposed to be absent too, considering that he was also a part of the attack. But he gladly refused since he was in a good mood. Yesterday's encounter with Stain was still fresh on his mind, no one ever told him he could be a quirkless hero until their faithful meeting.
It was difficult to convince his mom though, knowing that the petite woman had a habit of overthinking about her son. But the green-haired boy told her that he was fine and gave her a smile full of happiness. Eventually, the chubby woman believed him. That smile that he gave her was enough to reassure her that everything was fine. It's been so long since she'v seen a smile like that, a smile full of glimmer and hope. Honestly she doesn't know where it came from, but something tells her that it's the start of her sons happiness.
Izuku let's out a long sigh and continued to walk through the school gates. He was both excited and nervous to meet his mentor again. He feels his blood pumping from excitement, but at the same time, he was shaking nonstop. Izuku wasn't sure if Stain will like him or not, since he doesn't really know him in person. The freckled boy had always been shy and fidgety, people around him described his behaviour as weird and annoying.
'Will Stain find me annoying?'
'I'm not very strong, will he judge me for it?'
'Oh God, I hope he doesn't abandon me..'
The green-haired boy shooks his head an puts both of his palms on his cheeks, slapping it repeatedly while he tells himself to focus..
'Focus Izuku, you need to stop worrying about these things. You are a changed man, you can do this!'
Izuku finally looks up and ignores all the confused stares people around are giving him. A rush of adrenaline finally hits him and he sprints through the crowd of people.
'I'm gonna be a hero!' He shouts mentally as he raises his fist up.

Stain was sitting down at a bench, his back slouched as he rests his forearms on his thighs. He wore black slacks and a simple white blouse, he also added a brown cloak to his outfit which was meant to cover his body.
Stain was uncertain of what the greenette thought of him, after all he is a villain.
Now that he thinks about it, the situation was stupidly ironic, it almost made him laugh. A villain teaching a soon-to-be hero? Well that's something you don't see everyday.Stain's train of thought was interrupted by the sounds of uneven breathing. His head cocked up to see a green-haired boy panting heavily.
Stain recognised the familiar green curls with a face full of freckles. The boy was red all over, he looked liked he ran a marathon. Stain wondered why Izuku looked so exhausted, Aldera Junior High wasn't that far away. Come to think of it, He doesn't really know anything about the greenettes physical abilities, but from what he can see the kid lacked some Stamina. They needed to work on that.

Izuku followed Stain from behind as they were heading for his apartment. He couldn't stop thinking about how awkward their second meeting went, with Izuku shaking like a leaf and Stain stuttering all over the place.
Izuku wasn't dense, he knew that Stain was nervous too. With all the stuttering the hero killer mouthed, it wasn't hard to miss. It honestly made him feel better, knowing that he wasn't the only embarrassing one in the situation.
Izuku smiled to himself, the hero killer wasn't all that scary once you meet him in person. The hero killer getting nervous around a middle school quirkless boy? Ha! Thinking about it that way made Izuku laugh, louder than he intended it to be.
Stain suddenly stopped walking and turned his head to face him, he looked a bit confused from the sudden laugh the greenette let out
"W-what?" The hero killer stammered.
"Oh nothing.." Izuku tried hard to repress a single laugh, the joke of the hero killer being a shy around a middle schooler was still fresh on his mind "I just remembered how similar we are despite are major differences."
Shit! He didn't mean to blurt that out, and yet he was still smiling like an idiot. Oh God he wanted nothing more than just to curl up inside a hole and let the insects eat him alive.
Sounds fucked up but it's Izuku we're talking about.Surprisingly, Stain just laughed at the greenettes statement "I guess we are kid. We're just some idiots with poor social skills."
And just like that, Izuku found himself become more comfortable around the hero killer. The trip to Stain's house was spent with Izuku rambling about random topics after every second of silence. He was honestly very thankful that he finally can relate to someone.
He could tell that this was a start of something new.
