Chapter 22...Last Chapter!

Chapter 22 (the last chapter:)

-Katniss's POV-

I wake up to the sound of Gale opening the door to my side. He puts down a big pole. He ties my hands to it. He has a whip in his hand. I scream. Peeta is banging on the glass. "say goodbye loverboy!" Gale says.

"NO KATNISS BABY!" He screams.

The whip comes in contact with my skin. It burns as my flesh falls and blood trickles down my back. I scream out in pain. "Say his name!" Gale screams. I shake my head and bite my lip. He whips me. I whimper. "SAY IT!" He yells.

"PEETA!" I scream with such power a crack appears in the glass. I see black spots. He keeps whipping me while I scream.

-Peeta's POV-

I break the glass and grab the whip out of Gale's hand. I smack him with it and punch him, knocking him out. I run to Katniss who is almost passed out. "Peeta..." She croaks. "I'm-I'm pregnant with triplets." She says and passes out. TRIPLETS?! Her chest isn't rising or falling.

I call the police. They come quickly and take Katniss to the hospital.

I call everyone and I start driving to the Hospital. Please be okay.

-hospital-

Annie is staring at a wall not blinking, Finnick is crying With Annie in his arms, Johanna also is staring at a wall silent tears falling, Cato and clove are sobbing, same with glimmer and marvel, Marie and Plutarch are sobbing too, prim is curled up in a ball in my arms. I'm in shock still at what Katniss told me.

"If she dies, I will loose 4 people in my life." I cry.

"4?" Everyone questions.

"She was pregnant with triplets." I sob.

This of course makes everyone cry harder.

A doctor comes in with a pitiful face. No.

"I'm so sorry but we lost her."

I give prim to Cato. I get on the floor and just scream, crying.

"Would you like to say goodbye?" He asks.

Everyone nods.

I'm the last to go say goodbye.

I go in and rush to her.

Her hands are so cold but her face is peaceful.

"Katniss, I love you. If you die I will too. I will never love someone as much as I loved you. Ever. I wanted you to stay with me. Always. Along with the triplets." I put my hand on her stomach where a little baby bump is at. "I promised to protect you. I have failed. When you forgot your memory I couldn't bare it. Knowing you would maybe never remember me anymore. Now your gone." I sob. I kiss her bump and her lips. "Stay with me?" I pled and cry into her.

I feel a hand on my hair, rubbing it. "Always." A croak comes out. I felt My eyes slowly to be met with a pair of grey sparkling eyes.

"Katniss.." I whisper.

She's alive.
