Chapter 22

Louis' POV

"Where is everyone?" Zayn asked taking a gulp of beer and everyone just shrugged.

No one had seen Jake, Jack, Harry, Katie or Ethan in ages.

Josh had been around but he said something about Jake being abusive.

The whole two sides was over and nobody knew what to do with their lives now there was no arguments or anything remotely dramatic.

"Well this is fun!" Michael cheered sarcastically and Niall snorted.

"I'm going this is boring as hell!" I stood up and looked around at everyone. Liam was currently making out with Jess and the rest of us were just drinking mindlessly.

Jake told me everything, from Ethan almost going to jail and him cheating on Katie with Jess.

"Stop being a slut for once Jess!" I sneered and she just flipped me off.

"So what?!" She smirked.

"Liam doesn't want aids bitch!" Her mouth fell open and I walked away after downing my entire drink.

Harry's POV

I led in bed, it was only midnight and Niall just texted me that they were out drinking but I didn't want to participate.

The lingering silence was broken by a strangled scream. I darted out of bed and ran to the source of the pained noise. It was Katie's room.

I didn't know whether I should go in or not. I was only staying at her house because Clara let me.

As if she heard me Clara bounded out from her room and came to meet me by Katie's room, the screaming still not ceasing.

"Go back to bed Harry, I'll handle this,"

"Okay," I said and walked back to my room suddenly embarrassed that Clara had seen me in only my boxers. But most of all I wanted to see if Katie was alright.

The screams had now stopped and everything had plunged back into the horrific silence.

Katie's POV

"D-don't hurt m-me!" I was confused. Was this a dream or reality.

"Katie, I'm not going to hurt you," He said coming closer to me.

"Okay," He climbed on top of me and I let out a blood curdling scream.

The vision faded and I realised it was a dream but I kept screaming.

Then my mum came in rushing to me side.

"I can't forget, I can't pretend mum!" I cried in her arms.

"It's okay darling, I'm here. He's not here anymore. That bad man isn't here. Ethan isn't here!"
