The Frost Kingdom was still intact. Everything looked normal. People were walking around the streets, going about their lives like nothing had happened.

Frost covered the ground. The pavement was a light silver. The sun made everything sparkle. It was a beautiful kingdom and seemed to be completely unaware of what was going on around them.

"It's so cold here!" Selina exclaimed, her arms crossed as her body filled with goose bumps.

"Indeed. It is the Frost Kingdom after all" Vartan said with a small smile.

Claire couldn't help but hear Aden's sarcastic voice breaking through in Vartan. The more she looked for it, the more signs she found.

"We need to see Neva and Wren. The palace is this way" Adara said, marching forward with determination.

The palace was large and looked like it was completely made of ice. Tall pointed peaks reached high into the sky.

They made their way up to the palace entrance where the royal guards were standing.

"Neva and Wren are inside preparing. We made them aware of your arrival" a guard spoke, bowing to the group.

The inside of the palace was all ice. A large silver chandelier hung from the ceiling. The ball room was covered in bright blue and silver roses. Diamonds hung from the ceiling.

"Ah yay! You all made it!" Neva exclaimed, running down the stairs to greet them.

Her hair was shoulder length and very straight. It was a very pale blue color, the same color as her wide eyes. Her skin was quite pale. She was wearing a beautiful pale blue strapless ball gown. A tiara sat gracefully on her head.

"Are you... throwing a party?" Selina asked, looking around the ball room in awe.

"Why of course! It's the anniversary of when Wren and I got married. We throw a ball every year to celebrate" Neva explained with a bright smile on her face.

Wren shortly joined her side. He was in a pale blue suit. His eyes were a darker blue than Neva's, but still very light. His hair was a darker blue as well. He looked exactly how you would picture a king to look.

Neva wrapped her arms around his arm, looking up at him with a smile. He smiled gently and kissed her forehead. It was clear that they were quite in love.

"With all that is happening, you are still going to have this ball? Have you not thought pf your people?" Adara questioned, feeling her body heat up in anger.

"We want our people to feel safe. Not doing as we would always do would make them feel like we do not have everything under control" Wren explained.

They were a couple to be admired. Married off young, and still very young, they were ruling the kingdom as king and queen. They both seemed so put together and were both how you would envision a king and queen to be. Both so regal and so wise beyond their years. Both so in love.

"With all of you here, our people will feel very safe tonight. Please stay and enjoy the ball with us!" Neva exclaimed as her eyes widened with excitement.

"We do not really have the proper attire,"

"Nonsense! We have everything you need here. Girls, come with me and boys, Wren will show you to your suits" Neva grinned, guiding the girls away.

Neva led them to a very large room filled with ball gowns. Any color, any style, any size. It was all there. Shoes and all.

"Chose whatever you like! I'll have the royal hair dresser and make-up artist sent here to make you all ball ready!" Neva said, that smile still on her face.
