Second Chance

3 Years Later

❂Lauren's POV❂

I have given y/n three years and I feel as though we are ready to try us again. Olly and Anna were now 10 and in school. They are doing really well and I can see how proud they make y/n. They were still full of so much energy and they always help out y/n when they can.

Grace and Violet were now three and they were the absolute cutest. They would waddle around the house and babble to each other not yet able to completely speak. They were the easiest kids I've ever met, they rarely fussed and slept through the night.

y/n and I have been going well. I am at her house most nights and Camila is occasionally over as she wants to help y/n out just as much. Camila is currently pregnant and she is the funniest. She waddles just like Grace and Violet. She also is always craving banana's so y/n constantly has a full stash of them for when Camila comes over.

y/n has become more comfortable around me and now every time they have a movie night she snuggles into my side as Olly and Anna snuggle with each other. I even think the kids are starting to accept me. They occasionally call me mum on accident when y/n is not around. I don't know if they realise what they are saying but I always try and hide my smile.

"Lo can you grab Grace please, I need to give her, her medicine" y/n yelled from the kitchen

"Coming" I replied and walked up-stairs and into the girls' room. They were both sleeping and I went and woke them both up as it was time for them to get up. I grabbed both of them and made my way back downstairs. I placed Violet down on her play mat and went and gave Grace to y/n. I walked back to Violet and laid down next to her she got up and walked to me and sat on my chest.

I picked her up and sat up. I tickled her lightly and her giggles filled the room. I blew raspberries on her stomach and her giggles filled the room once again. I smiled and giggled along with her. I then saw y/n standing there with a sick looking Grace in her arms snuggled into her as she was sucking her pacifier.

"I am going to give them a bath" y/n said as she walked over to me and Violet. I looked at my watch and saw it was time to pick up Olly and Anna.

"I will go pick up the others" I told her as I handed her Violet. She smiled and I kissed her head. She smiled and closed her eyes. I let my lips linger a little until finally pulling away. I smiled and she walked away. I smacked her ass lightly and she just glared at me and continued to walk up the stairs.

I grabbed my keys and made my way to my car. I hopped into the car and put on Electric Blue Hearts final album. I turned it all the way up and drove to Olly and Anna's school. It was about a half an hour drive there. Once I got there I waited for them to come out. About five minutes later the two little rascals came running out. I got put of the car and they ran up and hugged me. I took their backpacks and put them in the boot as they hopped into the back.

"How was school?" I asked them as I pulled out of the parking lot

"It was great, I made a new friend!" Anna exclaimed

"That's great!" I replied looking at her through the re-vision mirror. "What's their name?" I asked curiously

"Amelia, and she is really pretty!" Anna said excitedly. I was happy for her. She was such a people person and always wanted to help others.

"How about you Olly, how was your day?" I asked noticing he was a bit quiet

"Yeah it was good" he told me as he continued to look out the window

"What's wrong buddy?" I asked worried about him

"Nothing I am fine" he replied as he gave me a fake smile. I could spot one of those a mile away
