"Let go Bella, I need to go with the other First Years!" I said, trying to tug my arm out of her death grip.

"Fine. But if you dare try to talk to anymore filthy little-"
"Bella!" Annie cried, releasing my arm and glaring down at Bella.

"You were just like this with Cissy, you might be their older sister but you have to give them their freedom sometimes." Annie said sternly, tucking a strand of Bella's wild hair behind her ear.

"Why should I listen to you?" Bella pouted, pulling the hair back onto her face. "Because I'm the oldest, so what i says goes." She laughed at her hypocrisy, and Bella's childishness, and linked arms my two other sisters shouting behind her, "Good luck Anya!"

"Thanks Annie!" I called, but as they disappeared I felt for the first time, completely alone. I walked over to the lake and saw groups of friends clambering into boats, happily laughing and talking together, and as I began to walk over to an empty boat I heard a familiar voice shout, "Anya!" and saw my cousin Sirius calling me over. I ran over, tripping on a rock as I did and fell into someone, who luckily caught me before we both hit the ground.

"Sorry." I sighed, looking up into a pair of caramel eyes. "Are you alright?"

"I'm a lot better now that I'm not face down in mud." I sighed, and he chuckled. "Anya!"

"Barky!" I giggled, running to hug my favourite cousin. "Do you have to call me that in front of my friends?" He muttered and I gasped dramatically. "Have you not told you buddies Barkers? Shall I fill them in? It was a dark and stormy night-"

"That's enough, storytime is over! Good luck Anya, bye!"

"Bye, thanks for dropping in," the boy with caramel eyes said smiling. "Thanks for catching me."

"Ready Reggy?"

"No, maybe I should come back next year, I really-"

"Reggy, calm down, you'll be absolutely fine, just do it how you practised." I giggled, grabbing his hand comfortingly, to be totally honest, I was nervous too. "Anastasia Black." I walked slowly to the stool, and saw the hat fall over my eyes. Just like your cousin I see, better be..."GRYFFINDOR!"

"Hello again. I don't believe you introduced yourself."

"You just heard, I'm Anastasia, but call me Anya."

"Remus, Remus Lupin."

"Good on you Pup! You got Gryffindor!"

"Only the best for the best!" The boy with glasses said and I smiled at him. "I like them Barky." I giggled, looking at my older cousin's best friends.
