"T'me Barker!" I called, and holding my arms for the large ball. "I'm gonna get you!"
"In your dreams Potter!" I said, swerving past him quickly and throwing the ball through the hoop. "All right you 3, stop messing about." Jack Hollen, the Gryffindor Quidditch captain yelled, and I giggled guiltily as we descended. "Now this is my last year, so let's make it 3 years in a row shall we?" He said, smiling at me proudly. "I think we all know our secret weapon. Cheers Anya."
"It was all you Jack. No one will be able to replace you." I said and he smirked. "Well..actually, I've chosen our new captain,-"
"Its me, so get down and give me 20!"James yelled, and we stared at each other before obeying him. "What are you doing? We have no time for press ups! Get in the sky! Pads, Bates, if you hit Anya I'll murder you, will still need to try out for our new chasers." He said and Jack looked at him. "Hey, Potter calm down, you're not-"
"I'm sorry when did it say the previous captain could keep control in the letter?"
"In the P.S. McGonagall added just for you because you crazy." He said, punching him lightly on the shoulder and chuckling. "But I agree, boys if you hurt her, you're goners." He said, his mood changing in a split second. "Go!" He yelled and we began, but almost as soon as we started I crashed into James. "James! What the bloody-"
"DESI! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" He yelled. "James what?" But he cried with anger as a bludger almost collided with someone. "Oh my merlin!" I screamed, and we flew down as quickly as possible. "Sirius!" I sighed, but he was helping the girl up, and she blushed deeply. "I-uhh," Sirius stuttered holding her hand, then dropping it quickly and bolting. "Desi, are you ok? Did you get hurt?" James said and I exchanged a confused look with Sirius, who I had grabbed. "I'm fine James..please don't worry. Sometimes I wish you weren't such a protective older brother."
"BROTHER?" Sirius and I yelled, and filled with shock I glared at James. "Keeping secrets are we Prongs?"
"Maybe, but I wasn't expecting my supposed best mate to almost murder her!" He said squaring up to Sirius. "I didn't try to hit her.." He growled and I stepped between them. "Alright boys, shows over. Are you alright?"
"Yes, thank you." She sighed looking between them nervously. "Good, come on boys. Don't worry about them!" I called behind me, pulling them away by the ear. "If you two act like that again, you're not getting Christmas presents." I sighed, and pushed them in the direction of Gryffindor tower. "Boys!"
"Maybe if you didn't hang around with them wouldn't have problems." My sister sighed and I turned to her. "Cissa, you can't stop me hanging out with them. They're my best friends."
"I know baby sis, but time is ticking.."
"I know."
