Sienna stood on Platform 9 ¾ , her brown, waist length hair waving gently in the light breeze that danced through the crowds. Her blue eyes swept the platform in search of her friends. 'SIA! OVER HERE!' Sienna smiled and hurried towards the enthusiastic blonde who was jumping up and down on the platform, to near the train for Sienna to be comfortable.
'Alia, mind the gap!' She called, noting thankfully that the silly blonde was accompanied by a fire headed companion, and a black haired spectator. 'Hazel! Lacey!' The four girls squealed happily as they were reunited after a long summer break.
'You haven't seen the others have you?' Lacey asked anxiously, twirling her black hair around her finger fretfully. The other three girls grinned at each other.
'No, sorry, we haven't seen Alex today Lace.' Snickered Sienna.
'I'm sure he'll turn up at some point for you to fawn over Sayre.' Laughed Hazel, while Lacey stuck out her tongue at the three of them.
'I heard my name?' Lacey squeaked and jumped, the voice had come from behind her. The black haired boy and his sister stood, smiling, behind her. 'Hello everyone, good hols?' Sienna nodded, trying not to laugh at the expression on Lacey's flushed pink face.
'Hello Alex, Alexa.' She greeted, giving Lacey a sly look, making the poor girl blush even harder. Alexa waved and Alex grinned at her. Hazel whispered something in Alexa's ear, and Sienna had a suspicious feeling she knew exactly what it was about. Alexa's eyes widened mischievously and she nodded.
'Alex, do you remember the thing I was telling you about last week?' Alexa asked. Sienna leapt at her in a valiant effort to stop Lacey's embarrassment becoming any more prominent.
'NO!' She cried, knocking Alexa to the ground. Alex looked completely bewildered as Sienna held her hands clamped firmly over Alexa's mouth and glared accusingly at Hazel. 'I'll get you later for this Hazel Limus!' She whispered-yelled under her breath. Hazel shrugged innocently.
'What's happening here?' Sienna's head snapped up to look at the owner of the voice, a smile already forming on her face.
'Jay! How was Greece?' Sienna asked, so delighted that she completely forgot about her task, jumping off of Alexa to give the the blonde boy a hug.
Jay laughed as she flew at him, hugging her back. 'It was great, would've been better with you there to pull me out of unending boredom though.' Lacey laughed, fully recovered now that someone else's love life was being discussed instead of her own. Sienna blushed and evaded the remark.
'If you were bored then how was it great?' She asked, waving as Jaxon came running up from where his family were standing. Jay rolled his toffee colored eyes.
'It was great because we weren't in school Enna.' He explained. Sienna blushed again and nodded.
'Makes sense. Hi Jaxon, how was your summer?' She asked, anxious to move away from topics concerning Jay and herself.
'Great! We went to America and spent the summer on a beach. How about you guys?' Jaxon asked, brushing his brown hair impatiently out of his eyes. They boarded the Hogwarts Express and found a compartment near the front of the train.
Hazel had gone skiing in Germany, Lacey had gone with her two older brothers to see Egypt, Alia had gone to a summer camp in America, and the twins had stayed at home entertaining family.
'What about you Sia? We haven't heard about your holiday yet.' Lacey said, and all eyes turned expectantly towards her. Sienna debated what to tell them about.
'Well, I mostly stayed at home, but I went to stay with my cousins Adair and Isaac for a bit, that was fun, they live in Italy, so we ate SO much gelato, pizza, pasta, it was great!' Sienna blushed a bit before continuing. 'And I met a really cute boy while I was there who's their neighbor, his name's Antonio.' Alia squealed happily and Sienna laughed.
Hazel coughed and sent a meaningful glance at Jay, who was looking slightly sulky. Sienna instantly felt bad for telling them about Antonio in front of Jay. 'Oh look, we're here!' Alexa said, hastily getting up to get her bags.
The compartment was full of cases, robes and laughter for the next five minutes as everyone tried to sort out their luggage. Sienna scooped up her black kitten, kissing it's head affectionately. Twilight meowed sleepily, and curled up into a ball as Sienna laid her carefully in her kitten carrier so she could be taken safely up to her dorm room. 'Bye Twi, I'll see you in an hour or so.' She whispered to the sleeping cat, before following her friends out of the compartment and into a horseless carriage.--------------------------------------
A/N: This chapter features me realizing I haven't explained shit- first of all, Sienna is my character (Kai if you read this- Aella has been in the making for yEARS so fvck ycv ;)) and Anya is Ella's character! Second, we're highkey both from England so I just started going through this and seeing all these words spelled wrong and going "SHIT I NEED TO TYPE THIS WITHOUT THE U'S" so if there's confusion- I'm so sorry don't kill me T~T (That face features me looking for the curly symbol for five straight minutes because I'm a stubborn bitch-)
