Yo yo, welcome back to another update of Next to You! As you all probably have seen (^^^) I have made it very obvious that it is critical to read this authors note before reading this update. Reason being? There is a trigger warning on this chapter; I don't want to give too much away, but this chapter may or may not include a very, very mild scene of sexual assault. Please, if this is going to upset or trigger you in any way, shape or form, do not read this chapter. There is nothing that crucial in here that is worth the trigger. You have been warned. I will always give a trigger warning if a chapter contains some really fucked up stuff. Please understand that Shameless is a show where fucked up things happen & I'm not gonna go soft with this story so please don't spam me with hate mail and comments about how I'm a bad person. With that, you have been warned!

Brielle Sommers and the gang which included Mandy, Lip and to Brielle's upmost disappointment, Karen Jackson, all walked along the sidewalk of uptown Chicago while searching for Levi's house. Ian's shift didn't end until eleven, so he would be there around midnight, or so he said. After a good twenty minute trek from the L to the road Levi's house was on, they rolled up to a huge, fenced in two or three story home. The place was packed; the driveway and the entire street was lined with cars, their hoods still glistening with engine condensation. Everyone could hear the creaking and metallic sounds of the partiers opening and slamming their car doors, engines revving up and shutting down, and people walking to the house. Other folks were content to linger outside chatting each other up under the stars. The exterior of the house was a mix of deep chocolate plastic siding and tan stone walls. The sidewalk, that was lined with short outdoor staked in lights, was made from the same stone that was plastered to the outside walls. The dark aspen fencing seemed to give off the illusion that each rail was swirling around, much like a helix would.

"Holy shit." Brielle mumbled as she and the rest of the group approached the house.

"Well I'll be damned." Mandy Milkovich stated as she wrapped an arm around Brielle's shoulders. "If you two get hitched, promise you'll steal me away to live in Paris with ya."

"Ew Mandy, shut up." Brielle laughed as she rested her head against her friend's shoulder. "It's not even like that." She rolled her eyes.

"I bet that's gonna change after tonight." The black haired beauty declared as she grabbed hold of Brielle's wrist a towed her along to the front door. The closer the pair got to the door, the louder the bumping music got. With Karen and Lip trailing behind, the two girls were greeted by Levi himself, who was standing on his front porch, red solo cup in hand.
