I woke up with a hand on my head. I shot up from the bed and was pulling the tube connected to my arm. Tyler grabbed my wrists. "You're okay!" He says looking into my eyes.

"You're at the hospital." He says.

Leyal wasn't in the room. I started breathing fast.

"Laying back down." He said assisting me.

I stared at him. "Where's Leyal!?" I finally have spoken.

"She went to the vending machine." He said as the door opened.

"Mags!" Leyal ran over to me.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

I reached up to my head and realized my head was wrapped in gauze tissue. "Yeah, my head hurts. Leyal I'm scared." I started crying.

A knock appeared and a nurse entered along with two officers.

"Hi, these officers want to ask you a few questions." She says.

I told them everything and I had to describe the guys that kidnapped me in the truck.

I stayed under captivity at home. I was in danger. Tyler gave me my homework to do.

A month has past and school was almost over, no sign of the guys that kidnapped me and why they dropped the case but the officers always did a daily check on routine.

Last day of school and summer vacation started.

I'm officially seventeen years old. Leyal decides to name her baby, Michael, as mom went into rehab to get better.

We won't see her till I'm twenty-seven.

Tyler moved in with me and Leyal along with the baby.

Tyler spent a lot of time with his month old son.

The end of the summer lingered. I took a walk to the ice cream store. A guy as behind me. I turned to glance and he smiled.

They look Offley familiar. I turned back around and ordered my ice cream.

If the guys that were trying to take me away, they wouldn't try to in public. Right?

I sat down and ate my waffle cone outside.

I haven't felt good air like this since I was thirteen.

A truck approaches the driveway. I stared at it as it drove off.

No worries. I thought.

I turned and Kevin!

I dropped my cone and popped up.

He disappeared. I looked around.

Have I been hallucinating?

I walked home on a busy street this time.

I walked in and Leyal was cooking dinner.

Tyler was playing with the baby.

"Hey Mags. Dinner is almost ready." Leyal says.

I went in the bathroom and turned the shower water on.

I got in and put my head in the water.

Mom! Stop it! I yelled at Leyal.

Dad slaps mom... I was younger back then.

Kevin tied me with his hands on the bed.

I looked in the mirror as I was wrapped in my bathrobe.

"Mags dinner is ready!" Leyal calls.

Mags went to mom and dad's room and looked around.

Leyal started playing with the baby at the table.

"Here comes the Choo Choo train." She said feeding the baby.

No worries Mags.

Mags came across a gun in her hand's dresser and picked it up.

I bet hoes run in your family. Bridget says.

Your fine Mags. Tyler said.

She started crying and dropped on her knees.

All I want is you. Tyler and Mags kissed. I love you Mags.

You're different...

A large pow came from. Leyal dropped her fork as the baby cried.

Leyal and Tyler ran upstairs.

"Mags!" Tyler yelled running to her as she laid there on the ground in her parent's room with her dad's pistol beside her.

Tyler rests her head on his lap and cried wiping the blood off her face.

Pain and sorrows are gone. I won't have to suffer. Rest In Peace this beloved soul.

Mags took her final breath as Leyal and Tyler were crying.

Afterward...

Tyler and Leyal went their separate ways.

Mom got out of rehab and has to serve 30 years in prison.

Michael is nearly a year old and will be reminded of his beloved aunt Mags.
