*Big fat filler but not really, oops

Cream followed Tails to the house up in front. It was a small brown house smaller than Tails's own, on the roof was a giant ass green emerald. Cream didn't feel like asking any questions about that.

Tails knocked the door and that was Creams first impression of Knuckles. He was a red echidna who looked much older than them, turns out he was 16. Cream found him funny though and he was a little short tempered but his sense of humor matched hers. The three stayed outside and talked for a bit Cream enjoying each conversation getting along just fine. She was happy that she was making friends. Something in the back of her mind bothered her though. Something her big brother told her earlier. She wanted to spill the mother fuckin tea. But she kept quiet.

After a while the 3 friends go inside to play board games in knuckles's room. Cream even met Knuckles's family which was a big one. They played Monopoly, Jenga, and the Pokemon card game. Knuckles had to go down to the basement at some point to get The Game Of Life because his sister Tikal left it there.

Now it was just Tails, Cream, and a big mess of pokemon cards as they sat on the floor criss-crossed and staring at the foor with thier hands underneath their chins.

"So, what do you think of Knuckles?" Tails asked the small rabbit in front of him.

"He's nice and really funny too." Cream replied "Kinda weird how he's 16 and hanging witha bunch of 9 year olds."

"Well he is a little childish, being into childish things and all."

"ah, that makes sense. So you're into the same things?"

"... Yeah." Tails said staring at a squirtle card laying in front of him.

Cream sighed feeling the awkward tension in the air. She leaned with her hands on her side and couldn't take it anymore. Knuckles wasn't here making it a perfect opportunity.

"Tails, you can keep a secret right?!" Cream asked.

"No." Tails joked. The rabbits sudden quietness made him regret it. "Oh um, for you i can."

"Well... I promised Shadow i wouldn't tell a soul but i suck at keeping promises sooo much, i just had to spill the tea somewhere!" Cream said now kneeling in front of Tails to express her emotions.

"Ok..?" Tails said looking up at her "What is it?"

"Tails, a couple days ago Shadow told me that he's gay." Cream said.

"Oh really?" Tails said not really caring. "Why are you telling me this?"

"Because Tails, Shadow likes your dad."

"Well that's nice. My dad is a good person everyone should like him."

"No you dingo, he like likes him."

"Oh," Tails said catching up with the idea. "So he like... likes my dad in a romantic way?"

"Pretty much." Cream said "I'm happy for him, happy that he's found someone y'know. Ever since his sister Maria died, he's been kind of distant from the concept of love."

"Wow, I'm happy for him too." Tails said "But, my dad? Why him out of all people?"

"He thinks he's cute and has a great personality. But he hates how he's religious and possibly homophobic."

"I don't think my dad's homophobic, i just don't think he'd take this very well."

"That makes sense. Don't tell Sonic though," The rabbit said worriedly. Shadow would burn me alive and throw my ashes into a duck pond."

Tails laughed at Cream's response. "Maybe I will, I'd love to see you eaten by ducks."

"You rotten lemon!" Cream jokingly yelled and tackled the fox onto the ground. They both laughed as they playfully wrestled eachother ending with Tails pinning Cream by her wrists on the ground.

"I win!" Tails yelled in triumphal.

Suddenly the door was opened and Knuckles walks in with the bored game in his hands, very confused at the scene in front of him.

"Did i walk into something i wasn't supposed to see?" He said.

Cream laughed and pushed Tails off him. "Don't tell him okay." She whispered.

"I won't." Tails whispered back watching as Knuckles opened the game and set it up. "But if my dad turns gay. I blame you and your brother."
