Life's little turn's (Completed){under editing}

The Mansion

After what felt like an eternity we came to a stop in front of huge gates with guards standing keeping watch. The men here were even bigger than the ones from the werewolf castle. The driver spoke to one of the guards and they opened the gate for us to get in. Driving in the mansion that came to view could have been a castle, that's how big it was. My mouth hang open and I looked on in awe at the site before me, I have never seen so many big buildings in all my life. The place was beautiful, standing four stories high with two dragon statues on both sides of the big wooden front doors. We stopped right in front of the steps and everyone started getting out.

Brandon took my hand and walked next to me to the doors, he knocked three times and we waited. The door opened to reveal a older man in a black suit standing there, he bowed his head and moved to the side so we could walk inside. The inside was even more impressive than the outside, two big staircases was on the sides of the walls with a beautiful arch in the middle of it. The whole feel of the place was warm, it was decorated in warm colours of red and brown. On the walls were paintings of all the kings and queens of the past. On the left was a huge living room with leather couches and a fireplace also decorated to be warm and homely feeling. On the right was another set of wooden doors.

I was standing there taking in the look of the place when I heard footsteps coming our way fast. A woman came in to view who looked to be around forty years old, she was breathtaking with long blond hair coming down to her waist, she was tall like me with the greenest eyes I have ever seen. She gave me one look and tears started flowing down her cheeks the next thing I knew she ran to me and hugged me tight. I didn't know what to do so I just stood there with my arms by my side and my eyes wide. A chuckle could be heard next to me and I was guessing it was Brandon. The woman let go of a little to look at me with her hands still on my shoulders. "Oh sorry sweet heart I am just so overjoyed in finally being able to have my baby girl back I didn't think on how you would feel being hugged like that" she said with a sheepish smile on her face.

Her voice was clear but soft and made me feel calm which was weird seeing as I had no idea who she was. I just gave a small smile back and nodded my head in understanding. Then it hit me that this was my biological mother, the woman who gave birth to me and the tears started coming to my eyes as I kept looking at her. "Ohhhh sweety please don't cry I didn't mean to upset you" she said when she saw my eyes become wet and hugged me to her again. Someone cleared their throat just behind her and she let me go again. "Oh James ..... Can you believe it our girl is home at last?" She told the man standing behind her. He was really tall and build like a brick, with black raven hair the same as mine as well as the same blue eyes as mine. He looked from her to me and his eyes widened and came to me with tears in them and hugged me tight to his chest. I felt like I was home in his arms and didn't want him to let me go.

I knew right then that this was my real home and the real place I belonged.......
