Yet again I was sat in the creepy court getting ready to be stripped and checked for a witch mark. Yipppee to me!
The trial started yet again with the deep, violent voice of the one the only, no not the dark lord, just Father Blackwood. "Sabrina, Scarlett, am I to understand that you have both, come now before this court to endure the test of the witch's mark, as described and demanded by your mortal laws?" Blackwood smirked looking us up and down. I grimaced at this.
"Yes Father Blackwood." Me and Sabrina replied in unison.
"We request the examination to be held in closed chambers." Webster said taking a stand, his sentence was almost immediately finished by Blackwood and a stern "Denied." Was said.
A weak voice was heard, and I couldn't match it to its face until the doors flung open. "Stop! Stop!" Aunt Hilda's old soft voice sounded making the court turn their heads towards her. Damn I always forget popcorn. I perch myself on the edge of my seat ready for some drama which is definitely going to come to service and I am so ready, well partially seeing as I still don't have popcorn.
She walked over, well more like hobbled wow old does not suit Aunt Hilda. She slammed a book down on the table me, Webster and Sabrina sat at. Webster got up immediately, whispering to Hilda, as Blackwood was not happy "If this is some feeble attempt-" Blackwood was cut of by my loud, "BOOO! SHUT IT DRACULA!" He looked me dead in the eye, and for a moment I couldn't breathe jeez those be some scary ass eyes but I would not let him know that as I stared back, not blinking, a smirk etched on my own lips.
"I demand Hilda Spellman, to the stands!" Webster declared not taking no for an answer, and he did not get a no. "Ms.Spellman please read the name printed here on these documents." Webster pointed at the pages. I yet again moved closer on the edge of my seat.
Hilda, took a deep breathe before starting her sentence, looking down at the pages. "it reads, um Sabrina Spellman and Scarlett Spellman, witnessed by their mother, Diana Spellman and, well, me, Hilda Spellman." She finished rubbing her hands together in nervousness. "Were baptised in a christian church."
I look to the floor, feelings eating me up what does this mean? And the only thing I remembered after those moments were the agreement we have had to make. Me and Sabrina had to attend the Academy of Unseen Arts as well as weakly Black Mass, so we get to keep our mortal life, I get to keep Tommy.
...
"Yes I have to go!" I smile into the infinite pecks Tommy places on my lips as I stand in the doorway of his house, ready to leave for the Academy of Unseen Arts.
"Just one more minute." Tommy begged still placing continuous kisses on my lips.
"No. I seriously have to go." I said smiling, pushing him away, stepping out of the house. He follows my step and as he reaches for my hand I chant a spell, I disappear and return to my own residents. I look down towards the wooden steps of the old house I called home. I sat on the old rickety, wooden chair waiting for my sister to appear to walk to the next step of our lives, one which could change everything.
