Chapter 7

Candace's POV

"You're totally cheating!" I said slamming the remote on the ground.

"Aye don't get mad at me because you suck." Donald said picking up my remote.

"I don't suck , you're just a cheater." I said sticking my tongue out.

Donald & I had just finished a game of Call Of Duty: Ghost and you can probably guess who won.

"Don't be a big baby about it." Donald said laughing at me pouting.

"Whatever I'll get you next time." I said before pausing.

...

There was a awkward silence.

"If there was a next time." I said shaking my head.

"I know..I don't want to move but my mom is making me move." He said with sadness in his eyes.

"Yeah I know." I said with a tear coming out of my eye.

He wiped my tear and kissed my cheek.

He wrapped me in his arms and we laid back on his bed.

"Candy I'm gonna miss you." He said laying his head on my shoulder.

"I'm gonna miss you too Donny." I said kissing him slow but passionately.

My last day with him was the worst day of my life.

The next day.....

"Please don't leave me." I said with tears coming out of my eyes so fast you would have thought it was raining.

"I wish I could stay Candace but I can't." Donald said putting his last bag in the trunk of his mom's old truck.

"Bye Candace." His mom said hugging me and getting into the driver's seat.

"Bye Mrs. Glover." I said sadly sendin her a small wave.

Donald walked over to me and pulled me in for a bare hug.

"I love you and I always will." He whispered in my ear.

"I love you too." I said kissing him.

My tears wetted up his shirt but he didn't seem to care at all.

"Bye Candace." He said before letting go of me.

"Bye Donald." I said.

He walked over to his mom's old beat up truck and got in.

As his mom pulled off I waved at him.

He waved back and that lasted for a couple of minutes until their car disappeared down the dirt road.

Who knew that two fourteen year olds could feel so strongly for each other?

I knew there was a high chance of me never seeing Donald Glover ever again. 😔
