I woke up before Harrison, looking at the small clock to the side of his bed i saw it was 9am. We didnt have any shoots today, rather they wanted night shots in the dark so we were supposed to be there for 5pm to get set up and ready. I shimmied out of Harrisons grip, careful not to wake him. I managed to get free, grab my things, get ready and leave without waking anyone.

I made my way down to the beach, seeing some of the crew there i smiled at them. One of the riggers, Carl, handed me a cup of i'm assuming tea as i walked into the tent.

"Thank's Carl. I really need it." He laughed and stirred his cup.
"Yeah, you look like it kid. You're early. We weren't expecting you until later." I sighed and tucked my hair behind my ear.
"I needed time to think. Clear my head." I informed.
"Yoga?" He enquired. I burst out laughing.
"Id hardly call it yoga, Carl. More like over exaggerated stretching is all." Carl was nice. He was one of the oldest riggers on the crew. At 59 you'd think he'd be set to retire soon. But he could still out climb anyone else on the team. He took everyone under his wing. He once told us he thought of everyone like his adopted grandchildren. He smiled, gave me a little salute and left the tent. Probably to check something somewhere. I set my cup down and headed out to the sand. I kicked off my shoes and jacket, still wearing Harrison's shirt i took that off too.

I stretched out my muscles. Sleep deprived from the past few days, sore from all the performing and aching for a good stretch to get the juices flowing. I started my stretches from top to bottom and back up again. I decided to start in a plank and walk up so i was standing on my forearms.

Going from this into splitting my legs out both front to back and side to side. I bent myself in half and kept my feet together while i stretched until my toes touched the sand. I bent my knees and softly leaned on them, bringing myself into a kneeling position with my back to the sea. I see Harrison in front of me, stood with two coffees in his hand. Smiling slightly. I stood up as he walked over.

"You're going to have to teach me how you do that." He says handing me a coffee. I grin at him, thanking him and taking a swig of the coffee.
"How did you know where i was?" I asked. Turning to sit back on the sand.
"You're not an quiet as you think y'know" I blushed slightly, he sat next to me. Our knees touching.
"I tried to be quiet. I didnt think i woke you. I'm sorry" He shook his head,
"It's alright, i dont have to be at work until the arvo anyway." I looked at him funny.
"The arvo?" I enquired.
"The afternoon" He laughed at me and i pushed his shoulder.
"Dont laugh at me, its too early" He grinned and threw his arm around my shoulders.
"You're a funny one. How could i not laugh." he exclaimed as I took another sip of my coffee.
"A Brit and a Kiwi sat on a beach, eh?" I chuckle.
"That sounds like the start of a really bad joke." He laughs louder this time.

We sat on the beach in that spot for a while, soon enough the other lifeguards had come and said hello, the public had taken up residence in unseated sand.
"Jamei was in a bad way when i left" Harrison spoke.
"He's in big trouble when i get my hands on him" I seethed. Suddenly angry at the antics from last night.
"Jesse said you knocked a man out cold?" He enquired, standing up. Pulling me up with him.
"Did he now?" I dusted off the sand from my butt and faced him.
"Well... did you?" He asked. I just smirked and nodded.
"He put his hands on me. I didn't appreciate it. So i made it so he didnt anymore" He looked taken aback by this.
"Well i've put my hands on you many times. I'm not going to get decked too am i?" He was joking of course, but there was a sense of uncertainty in his voice when he spoke. I shook my head, howling out a laugh and throwing my head back.
"Hahaa, no. You're not going to get 'decked' although i quite like your wording." It was now that i heard a familiar voice shouting my name from behind me.

Me and Harrison had walked a little way towards the cranes by now, but my face automatically went from smiling to that of death. Harrison obviously noticed this because he grabbed my shoulders and spoke to me. I couldnt hear him. All i heard was Jamei.

I turned around, just as he reached out to grab my arm. I spun and punched him straight in the shoulder. He fell back and looked shocked.
"What were you thinking?! FIGHTING Jamei!? Really?! We're in Australia NOT America. Violence doesn't solve everything. Are you INSANE!?" I raged. Harrison had his hand on my waist, pulling me back as Jamei tried to apologise.

"I'm sorry Le. I'm really sorry. I had too much to drink." I cut him off.
"Save your grovelling. You just jeopardised EVERYTHING we're here for. Get youself back to the hotel. Cleaned up and get some sleep. I'll see you later on." I turned my back on him, walking away from both him and Harrison and into a tent. As i walked in it was empty. This was mine and Jameis tent. The one in which we changed and got out hair/make-up done in.

I stood in the centre of the tent, seething. Breathing deeply, willing myself to calm down. I heard the tent flap behind me and as i turned around to shout at Jamei, thinking he'd followed me, to my surprise it was Harrison. He could see how  angry i was and didnt say anything. He just walked towards me and hugged me. Odd, how a simple hug could change someones mood.

"He's away back crying you know. He knows hes upset you" He explained. Yes i felt bad for swinging for him, but at least i didnt his his face. I didn't speak. I just hugged him back. The top of my head coming up to under his chin, with his chin resting in top of my head. His arms were strong. I took a deep breath in, inhaling his smell. Sea air and body spray. It was just... Harrison. I closed my eyes and just took in the feeling of his arms around me.

I stepped back slightly, his arms still on my body and look ed up to him.
"Thank you. For being here." I reached up and put a hand on his cheek. Caressing his face with my fingertips. His eyes looked into mine. His hand came up to rest on my jaw, moving up to cup my cheek.

His head dipped down and our faces were so close i could already feel his lips. He stopped just before they did, and i closed the gap, pushing myself onto my tip toes. Our lips moved in sync. Our eyes fluttering closed. The hand on my cheek moving to the back of my head pulling my head closer to his. His other hand tightening around my waist pulling my body closer to him as my hands made their way around his neck, tugging lightly on the hair on the back of his neck.

It felt like forever, but it was only a minute or two. We pulled apart for air, his mouth grinning like a Cheshire cat. Mine, obviously mirroring his. Both of us breathing heavily. Our bodies incredibly close to each other.

"Wow." I whispered, our faces still close. His breath fanning over my face.
"I've been wanting to do that since the first night we went out drinking"  he confessed. I was taken back. But not completely surprised.
"I have too" I replied to him. We heard a cough from behind us, and immediately we jumped back from each other. Sam and Maxi stood at the tent door laughing.
