✵
It had been three days.
Three days since I last saw Sophia.
Three days since Suga had left our house.
Three days since I've slept.
Eaten.
Three days since I've done anything productive.
After Suga had walked out that morning, I didn't go after him. I thought he would have needed some time to cool down and collect his thoughts. However as the time past, I grew more worried and the guilt had begun to grow, it was only small, but it was still there.
By that night, it had grown to about the size of an apple. Big enough to remind me of what I had said to him, like a constant nagging feeling at the back of my mind and in my chest.
I waited up all night for him, in case he'd return home and the guilt grew larger, weighing down my shoulders with its heavy feeling.
I didn't leave our apartment, I just waited.
And I was still waiting, the regret and guilt taking over my whole body, leaving me feeling numb and useless.
Three days.
The guilt was still there, reminding me of what I had done. The events were replaying in my head, constant seeing the sadness and hurt in Sugas eyes as my words sunk into him.
I needed to find him.
I hastily grabbed the apartment keys and walked to the door across.
I knocked harshly once, twice and just as I was about to scrape my knuckles across the door again, it opened.
Sophia stared at me, a blush rising across the tops of her cheeks bones, remembering that the last time we were together, things had heated up leaving us in an intimate situation.
'Seokjin,' she cleared her throat, crossing her arms across her small body as she averted her eyes, looking anywhere but me. 'How can I help you?'
'Suga is missing.'
'What?' She breathed out. 'Are you sure? He could just be out-'
'No,' I shook my head, pinching the bridge of my nose, trying to gather my thoughts. 'He hasn't been home in three days. He's a grown man, but I'm worried. He's never done this.'
Sophia rushes back inside her apartment, and for a short moment, I thought she was going to leave me out here alone until she returned, a soft pink cardigan now wrapping her shoulders as she locked the door behind her. She faved me, moving her dark hair frantically away from her face.
She breathed out slowly. 'I'll help you.'✵
'Do you know where he could have gone?' Sophia broke the silence as she strummed her fingers against the steering wheel, her food pressed hard on the break pedal as we waited on a red light.
I stared straight ahead, my eyes straining on nothing. 'No,' I shook my head. 'We have no where to go, or no one.'
Sophia drove forwards, releasing the break pedal, her hands manipulating the steering wheel effortlessly.
She hummed in response, not entirely sure what to say. Every now and then she would glance my way, it was only quick as her eyes had to watch the road ahead, but I caught each and every look.
'Do you think he would be at the alley?' She asked ash made a right turn.
I shook my head. 'I doubt it,' I said, exhaling through my nose. 'He just started working there, he barley knows anyone.'
Sofia nodded slowly, then said quietly. 'So, I've been wanting to ask this for a while now,' she heisted, glancing at me quickly, 'is his name actually Suga?'
At that, I had to chuckle, despite the situation. It was short and dry, but still something. 'No,' a smile found it's way to my lips. 'His real name is Yoongi, but for as long as I can remember we've been calling him Suga.'
'"We?"' She questioned. 'As in, there's more than just you and him?'
I nodded, exhaling through my nose before my thoughts caught me off guard.
More than Suga and I.
V.
Taehyung!
I mentally scolded myself for not thinking of it earlier. I had been too caught up in my own guild that I hadn't thought logically about his whereabouts.
'Turn left, we're going to Taehyungs.'✵
'Have you seen Suga?' I said as soon as the door opened, not waiting for Taehyung to say anything.
He stared at us, letting out a breathy chuckle. 'Well, hello to you two, too,'
Sofia stepped forwards, looking up at a confused Taehyung. 'Is he here?'
He stepped back, opening the door wider for us to enter. 'Who?'
'Suga!' Sophia almost yelled out.
Taehyung tilted his head slightly, blinking. 'What's wrong?'
Taehyungs brown eyes met mine. 'Seokjin,' worry was laced in his voice, 'what happened?'
'He's not here,' I shook my head, grabbing a hold of Sophia's arm and turning my back on Taehyung.
'Wait!' He reaches out, catching the back of my collar.
'I'll help you.' He said slowly, forcing me to face him. 'But you need to tell me what happened.'-
