The Fight Began

Well just to let you know somethings that knocked me to my knees well I been battling diabetes for over fifteen yrs and my sugars have been really high let alone my high blood pressure been through the roof and I know its from eating very badly and really stressing out about life period.My brother Willie passed on February 20th this year and it was very unexpected he was battling health issues but I never knew just how bad because he was still the same brother I know just older and louder lol but when I got that call it was like my heart that just started mending from me loosing my mom and dad was instantly rip back open and let alone dealing with a alcoholic husband who drinks everyday and smoke them nasty strong cigarettes something that God delevered me from along time ago and on top of that raising five grandkids and two teenagers it was really hitting me so fast that I did just gave up on my health my peace was nowhere to be found no matter how much I prayed for it but this Sunday night as I began another journey for my health my mind and my soul im just so grateful for another chance a new beginning and new mercies everyday because alot of my freinds and family members that I grew up with have passed on so I thank God that He still have me here and never gave up on me so this DAY and all my days I choose to live and not die be the head and not the tail and so the fight begans the fight live a healthy lifestyle and the fight to break generational curses off my blood line amd the fight unlearn to relearn now let the journey began.
