#1 eat no meat
#2 no diary no starch
#3 no junk food at all
#4 no diet or regular soda
#5 eat only fruits&veggies&wild salmon& shrimp &sugar free popsicles
#6 do many steps as possible Mon-fri
#7 pray 3xday morning 12noon 7pm
#8 read my word everyday 1pm-2pm
#9 shower and put clothes or pjs on every morning& then go before GOD in prayer
#10 make appt for me&kids and go2appts
#11 for next 42days write down what you did for the day and my steps
#12 stay away from all negativity and gossip stracth offs and learn to love self and go to church every Sunday God will

So WedApril 24 2019 starts DAY one- june 4th 2019 will be 42days well im very excited and very grateful that God hasn't gave up on me and that no matter how many times you have setbacks as long as you have breath in your body its never to late to began again what's impossible with man is definitely possible with God
