So Thursday ended week number 2 and it really was a hard week because my oldest sister had two surgeries and mother's day was fast approaching and it gets a little better every year but I miss my mom so much and my brother Willie George Williams who was not only my brother but my best freind but through it all im also grateful for consistency and determination on my 6 WEEKS journey to a healthier lifestyle change.

I ate nothing but veggies and fruts and I did eat wild salmon with my veggies at dinner and my sugar free popsicles and lots of water.
My weakness was my diet ginger ale but before all I drink was diet Pepsi and at least 6 bottles a day so I switched to diet ginger ale and drunk 2 a day im praying to get down to at least one or none a day so im here to let you all know my strengths and struggles because this is definitely not a weight loss journey but a lifestyle journey of the mind body and soul as for my walking I just walked as much as my legs would permit because im getting a knee replacement next month on left knee and meniscus surgery on right knee soon after so I am so glad to be on this journey once again LOL but just for today its really alright because my mind always reminds me that FAILURE IS NOT A OPTION and so sorry for posting two days late but better late than not at all❤❤❤
