Jaemin and Soyeon pulled into Soyeon's driveway, and Jaemin stopped her before she could get out of the car. She turned around when he put his hand on her arm.

"What's up?" she asked.

"You're really going to study abroad?" Jaemin asked. Soyeon nodded and sat straight up in her seat.

"I've always wanted to."

"What about us?" Jaemin asked. Soyeon shrugged.

"We just started dating. I don't want to worry about that stuff now."

"Okay but it's not that far away."

Soyeon sighed and reached over to touch Jaemin's cheek. "We'll cross that bridge when it comes. For now, let's just enjoy this, yeah?"

Jaemin wanted to argue but decided against it, nodding slowly. "Yeah, okay," he mumbled. She rubbed her thumb along his cheek and smiled at him.

"Don't stress."

He nodded again before she took her hand off his cheek and got out of the car. She waved once before walking inside, changing her shoes into slippers.

"Mom! I'm home!" she called out.

"I'm in the kitchen," her mom answered with a somewhat shaky voice. Soyeon followed the sound and walked into the kitchen, almost falling back when she saw her sister sitting at the table.

"What—Why are you here?" Soyeon asked. Her sister stood up.

"Nice to see you too, Soyo."

"I hate when you call me that," Soyeon grunted. Her sister wrapped her arms around Soyeon's neck, embracing her in a hug.

"I missed you," she said.

"Sora, did something happen?" Soyeon asked. Sora sighed and pulled away to sit down.

"You always focus on the negative, don't you?" Sora asked. Soyeon sat down across the table from her and turned to look at their mother, who was anxiously cutting vegetables.

"What's going on?" she asked.

"Dad and I had an argument. I told him I wanted to see you and Mom and he got mad and threw some things and I left. I didn't know where else to go, so I took the money I got from working and hopped on a bus to Seoul," Sora explained. Soyeon's eyes widened.

"Jesus..." she mumbled.

"I don't want to live with him anymore," Sora said. "I want to be here. I need a mom. I deserve a mom. And I want my sister. We used to be so close and it sucks that we barely talk now."

Soyeon nodded slowly. Their mom put down the knife she was holding and let out small sobs, hovering over the counter. Soyeon threw her chair back and rushed over to her mom to embrace her.

"Shhh, Mom it's okay," she cooed. Mrs. Jeon took a breath and nodded, wiping her tears.

"I'm sorry, I'm just so shocked. It's so good to see you two together, though."

Sora stood up with a small smile. "If you let me stay, we can be like this all the time."

"What about school?" Soyeon asked.

"I take online classes," Sora replied. Soyeon nodded and looked at her mom.

"What do you think?" she asked.

"I think that it's worth a shot."

The three females smiled and embraced each other in a group hug. Soyeon was of course nervous about her dad showing up and possibly trying to get in the middle of things, but she also wasn't even sure if he knew where they lived now.

The only reason Sora knew is because they talked once in a while. She was surprised she even wanted to come there, but happy that she chose them. It was about time she had her sister around.

ALSOOOO my friend was in the city the other day and she was just living her best life and she RAN INTO NCT. LIKE THEY WERE JUST POSING FOR PICS AND WHAT NOT AND SHE WAS LIKE OH MY GOD HELLO AND TOOK VIDEOS AND THEN CALLED ME AND WE WERE FREAKING OUT TOGETHER AND I JUST WOW

and the little random dance that they did with their fans in the city ??? SO CUTE. literally they are the softest babies watching hyuck have the best time with nctzens was actually so wholesome and i'm so glad they're having such a good time in nyc

(a little update since i wrote this, i saw 127 last night and it was AMAZING! the energy was crazy and i made so many nctzen fans like they're SO CUTE. also johnny is my newest bias wrecker because HES SO BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON LIKE HES SUCH A SEXY HUMAN WOW. also they're all just so soft and beautiful and perfect and i love mark and i screamed so loud at one point that doyoung like paused during his speech and then continued LMAO)
