"Sarah! Don't look!" I feel Toby's hand grab my shoulder but I don't move. I can't. I'm finally pulled out of the thing'g sight. "Did you look into its eyes?!" "I..I." "DID YOU LOOK IT ITS EYES?!" "Yes." "Oh god... We need to go back to the forest." "I don't think that is a good idea." "It is the only way to get The Darkness off your back." "The Darkness?" "The creature you just saw was The Darkness. It...it." She couldn't finish her sentence. Something was wrong. "Was it the thing you saw when you were kid?" All she does is nod. "Whatever happens...don't get near it." All I can do is stare at her. She bites her lip and sighs. "When can you go?" "You told me to rest." "I asked you a question." "Whenever you are ready." She gives me a nod the leaves. Ike stays however. After reading a book for a while, he looks up to me. He looks at the window. I look out again. What I see is Lily about to cry. "What happened?" "Toby, she...she ran to the forest!" I grab my mom's car keys and drive to the forest. I see Toby standing at the edge of the forest bewildered.
