I shut my eyes tightly, covering my face to block the sunlight that disturbed my peaceful sleep. I turned around, coming contact into something hard, hot breath fanning my forehead.

Opening my eyes, a tanned bare chest greeted me, seeing Cobra's peacefully sleeping face when I looked up. A smile naturally escaped my lips as I realized how things are fine now.

Between us, that is. He probably has to fix his issues with Midnight and Sorano, and Loke's still mad at him. Well, I won't help him there. He gotta fix what he broke.

I snuggled myself towards his chest, the comfortable position making me want to sleep more, specially when he wrapped an arm around me and pulled me closer.

But peace was suddenly interrupted when the door to his room slammed open, and I swear I heard it being torn from its hinges. My friends sure loves slamming doors.

"Lucy! What the hell is going on!?" Sorano's familiar voice yelled, followed by her heavy footsteps marching towards us. "Lucy!"

Groaning, I rubbed my eyes, glancing at her without bothering to sit up from this comfortable place. "What?"

"How could you forgive him so easily?!" She frowned, her hands on her hips as she scolded me like a mother. "You're too easily swayed! Well, I shouldn't really be saying this but Lucy!"

The dragon slayer beside me growled, opening his eye as he glared at whatever disturbed his peaceful sleep. He sat up, making me blush at the sight of his exposed upper body. Is it just me or he toned more?

"Why are you here so early in the morning, demon?"

"It's already noon for your information, Sleeping Beast." Sorano crossed her arms in front of her chest, glaring at Cobra. "Listen here poison freak, Lucy may have forgiven you but I haven't!"

And with that, she stormed off. I sighed, glancing at Cobra from the corner of my eye. He had a worried and annoyed look on his face at the same time.

Stretching my arms, I hopped off the bed, twisting my body both sides while gazing out at the window. "You heard her, Cobra. I forgave you because I love you. But it might take time for you to earn your friends' trusts again."

"I know that." He sighed, mumbling words to himself that I couldn't quite hear.

"It's good that you're aware." Another presence suddenly appeared as he spoke, and I turned to see Loke standing across the bed, glaring at Cobra with much anger and hatred in his eyes. "I won't forgive you that easily. To me, Lucy is neither a friend or a lover. She's my savior, my queen and I dedicated my life to her. For you to hurt her like that, I can't forgive you."

I gave Loke a worried look, not blaming him for the ill-feelings he has for Cobra. He trusted him, he entrusted me to him, but he broke that. What he feels right now, I should respect it.

It still feels rare to see him this serious. Loke is usually playful and flirty even in serious situations like battles. But right now, his eyes looks like he could kill and it's scaring me.

"But... I don't want to hinder her happiness with you neither, so..." Loke lowered his head, taking a deep breath before glaring at Cobra again, pointing a finger towards him. "I'm challenging you to a fight!"

My eyes widened and a gasp escaped my lips as I looked at them back and forth. They both emitted a serious aura that makes me feel terrified if their match would actually happen.

A Celestial Spirit's strength is based on the magic power of its summoner, and in this case, me. I've grown stronger than before, my container has expanded a lot, meaning Loke has gotten stronger too. His strength alone is exceptional, his skills, magic, durability and endurance... it might be an equal match.
