When I wake up, I am not screaming. That's new. I realize I am still in Hector's arms. He is asleep. I try to get up without waking him, but to no avail. He wakes up with a smile on his face. "I'm sorry." I say. "I didn't mean to wake you." "It's fine!" He says quickly, and weirdly. "I don't mind." I feel kind of air deprived, so I decide to take a walk. I ask Hector if he wants to come with me, but he says no. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Yes." He says it coldly. I shiver. I walk away angrily. I just walk and walk and walk until I end up in the woods. I relax. This is where I am meant to be. It starts to get really hot, so when I see a river I jump in and splash around. The fish tickle my toes, and I giggle. If Hector wants to be mean, he can. I am going to live here now, I decide. I put my whole face underwater, and there is the biggest sea creature I have ever seen. It is huge, and it's a wonder it fits under the water. I shriek as well as I can, seeing as I'm underwater. It latches on to my leg and drags me away. I panic.
