It was New Year's Eve and Ruby just came back from the hospital. Everything with the Prophets and Santos were sorted out with a truce thanks to Oscar. I'm not a high target anymore, but Cesar is.
"Please ma, just for a bit, I'll be back before you even know it." I said. She crosses her arms as she was going to fight back but my dad stepped in. "Geny please. She's been through a lot lately. Just let her have some fun." He says rubbing her shoulders. She lets out a sigh as she glared at my dad.
"Only for a hour and a half. You must be back by than okay?" She said. I squealed as I kissed her cheek than dads cheek. "Gracias Gracias." I say happy and go get ready. "I'll be ready so Ruby won't be mad if I had my street clothes on." I say as she nods her head.

"Can we come?" Gabe asked pointing to him and Jacob. "Nah it's cool I think I'm gonna stay." He said with a frown on his face. I weakly smiled at him and patted his shoulder. "Don't be silly come on. Jake you need to get out." I say. He lets out a sigh and nods his head.
"We'll be quick." Gabe says as I nod my head and wait on the couch. Ten minutes pass by "We're ready." Gabe says. I get up and turn around and smiled at them. "Let's go." I say
