*Third Day of Summer*

Cecilia's PoV:

"So what are your plans Ceci?" Julia asked me. "I'm staying here." I said. "What about college?" I shook my head. "I can't leave my family knowing they need help. I can't leave Oscar either." I said. "Why don't you ever do something for yourself? This would be great for you Ceci." She told me.

"I know what I have to do Julia. I love you to bits but this is my decision." I smiled at her. She nods her head and gave me a hug "I'll see you later." "Okay bye Luv." I said as she walked into her house. I started my journey onto Oscars house. His father Ray showed up and he hasn't been taking it well.

As I stopped by my house first to grab me some clothes. "Mija ven aquí" my mom called out. "Sí mama?" I asked. "Don't be out too late" she said. "I might stay the night ma." I said. "Okay, be safe." She said kissing my head.

I smiled and grabbed some clothes from my room. I walked out and said goodbye and started walking over, but as I walked a bit closer I noticed three guys. They were the ones from last night. The boys from 19th Street.

They started walking in my direction and just stared me down. I didn't make eye contact but kept walking at a steady pace. "Kissing your brothers girl?" Ray announced. "You what?!" I exclaimed as they both looked at me. Oscar was in shock "Lia no it's not what it so-." "Are you sure? Because it sure as hell sounds exactly like what you told me you weren't trynna do." I huffed with tears in My eyes.

"Please Lia, let me explain." He said. "You've already said enough." I cried and started running back home. "Cecilia!" He yelled but I didn't turn back around.  "Lia!" He yelled, I knew he was right behind me, but that didn't stop me from continuing to run home. Sadly, my legs aren't as long as his.

He grabbed my arm making me stop and pulling me in. "What the hell do you want Oscar!?" I said as tears streamed down my face. "I'm sorry." He said looking down at the floor. "You did what I thought you'd never do. You did what you promised you wouldn't do." I cried as I kept pushing him back.

"Why?! Why?!" I sobbed aloud as I repeatedly beat on his chest. "Why?" I cried once more and just fell on his chest. He wrapped me in his warm embrace as we just stood there as I cried.

"She was drunk, I pushed her off right away. I promise mi amor." He said kissing my head. "Don't lie to me Oscar" I said pulling off of his chest. He let out sigh and held my face in his hands. "I promise. Eres mi vida." "I just, I want to be alone Oscar." I tell him meeting his glossy eyes.

"Take all the time you need, I will always, and I mean always be sorry Lia. I love you." He said kissing my head. Another tear fell from my face as I spoke up "Yeah" my voice cracked as I pushed away from him and walked home.

I couldn't believe anything I heard. Yeah, it was just a kiss thank goodness, but why Monse? WHy would she do something like that?

I finally made it home and went right into Gabe and Jacob's room. "Ceci? What Happened?" Gabe asked worriedly. I shook my head as I sat down on his bed and didn't say a word. He sighed knowing that I will talk when I want to talk, but at this moment I didn't want to do anything but just close my eyes.

*After Nap*

"Ceci, come on. We're gonna go get food." Jacob nudged me. "I don't want to get up" I whined "I'll buy your food." "Okay" I said and got up quickly. "Damn you fatass" Him and Gabe laughed. "Where to?" I asked putting on one of Gabes hoodies. "Dwayne's" I nodded my head and headed to the car. "Damn I hate crying shit, gives me a damn headache." I said. "WHy were you even crying?" Jacob asked.
