The day had started off rather peacefully as Maka silently cooked a hearty breakfast for her and her weapon, Soul. Soul was sleeping from the long night him and his meister were out hunting the monsters lurking the streets. Their missions only seemed to get harder and longer after soul became a death scythe and Maka was officially the only one to use him, other than Death of course. Soul barely got to sleep anymore, because every time he tried another mission would pop up and it would be hours before he could rest again. This day was different, both Soul and Maka got to have the whole weekend off to themselves. Soul had finally got to sleep in and Maka could finally enjoy a morning cooking all the food she loved to eat. She was so occupied in whisking the eggs in the pot that she hadn't heard the foot steps heading her ways until she felt strong arms wrap themselves around her waist. Setting a small smile on her face she leaned back into her lovers chest and he laid his head on her shoulder.

"Mmm, it smells good," Soul mumbled into her ear.

"Well thanks, Soul," Maka giggled. "Go sit down, it's almost done".

Soul sat at the small island watching her as she moved back and forth, plating the food for them. Sitting the plate in front of Soul she sat next to him and dug in the food silently. She looked over to Soul to see his actual soul leaving his body.

"What is wrong with you?" She giggled.

"Maka, this food, its just so good," Soul praised. "Please, don't ever leave me, I can never live without this."

"Oh really? So my food is the only reason you stay with me?" Maka frowned at him.

"Should there be another reason?" Soul asked.

"You're so rude, Soul!" Maka yelled as she chopped his head harshly.

"Ow, geez Maka! I was just kidding, stop taking everything so seriously," he grumbled, rubbing his sore head.

"Oh, sorry," she mumbled, eatting her food in silence once again. Soul sighed, realizing he hurt her feelings.

"What do you want to do today?" he asked her.

"What about the beach? We can see if the others arent busy as well," she said, grabbing Soul's empty plate and placing it in the sink with the other dishes.

"Sure, sounds like a plan," He said walking to his room. Maka grabbed her phone and dialed in Tsubaki's number, who answered after a few rings.

"Hey, Tsubaki! Soul and I were wondering if you and Black Star would be up for a beach trip?" Maka asked her with crossed fingers.

"That sounds great! We'll pack up in Black Star's Jeep, see you in about an hour!" She cheered back before hanging up.

"Soul! I got a hold of Tsubaki, her and Black Star are going to be here in a hour, so get ready!" Maka shouted out.

"I called Kidd, they can't come, apparently their on a mission in Egypt until the end of the week," He yelled back. Maka sighed before heading to her room to pack a beach bag full, making sure to pack enough sun screen for all her unresponsible friends. After slipping on her bathing suit and a cover dress, she walked out with her bag to see Soul standing in trunks with a towel thrown over his shoulder, along with his phone and earbuds. Maka rolled her eyes as she sat on the couch and scrolled through her phone. Soul plopped next to her and began poking her arm playfully.

"Yes, Soul?" she asked.

"I'm bored, entertain me," he groaned.

"Entertain yourself," she rolled her eyes. Soul grinned as he took the offer giving to him. In a quick motion he pulled her dress down and her bikini top up, revealing her perky mounds.
