A Day In The Ice Rink And The Secret Of The Cyrokinesis

It was a few days after their date and Rouge wouldn't stop to pester both Shadow and Kath even asking them how it went. Kath already forgave her mother one day but she wanted to give Kath some space after what happen. Kath eventually introduced Shadow into their family shocking the rest except Bernardo. They wanted to see if it was true that both of them were perfect to be together and Shadow proved it by buying Kath some roses and a box of dark chocolate making Kath more embarrassed but flustered as Shadow gave her the gifts making them see that he was worthy causing Kath to let out a squeal before hugging Shadow even kissing him full on the lips surprising her ebony boyfriend which he returned grately making the rest awed the sight even Kath's mom and Aunt Erika to take a picture.

It was now December after Christmas and gang were all outside trying to think of a place to hang out.

Tails: How about the pool?

Shadow: I don't think so and Kath told me that she doesn't like to stay in a pool for more than 30 minutes and Faker can't stand being in or around the pool.

Just then Amy came after recovering from what happened to her and she and Kath became friends.

Amy: Hey, guys.

Sonic: Hey, Ames. What are you doing here?

Amy: Nothing. Me and Kath make up after what happened and heard that you guys wanted to go somewhere to hang out together.

Knuckles: Yeah and so far we haven't had an idea.

Amy: Me too, but I noticed something.

Scourge: What is it?

Amy: It's just that, when me and Kath went to the mall to find some clothes or something, I've noticed that when we step on a shop where they sell toys or other stuff, Kath seemed to skate on the floor as in skating like Shadow.

At the mention of skating, Silver perked up and had an idea.

Silver: I think I know where we should go!

The group all look to Silver and and were curious and confuse.

All: Where?

Silver grin and told them to gather everyone and he led them all to a specific spot. The group saw the sign and read it.

All: Station Square Ice Skating Rink. All Ages Can Skate And Have Fun.

Scourge: You brought us to a Skating Rink?

Silver: Since we ran out where we can hang out and when Amy mentioned skating. I got an idea of where we should go.

They all nodded and head in. They rent up some ice skates and Amy and the others stepped into the ring and started to skate and having fun. Kath held on to the sides since she never experience ice skating before. She let go of the side only to slide across the floor but a pair of strong arms caught her and she looked up and saw that Shadow caught her.

Shadow: Since you don't know how to skate yet, let me teach you.

Kath nodded and let Shadow put her down. Shadow then told her to try and walk towards him then glide slowly and repeat. Kath then tried and soon got the hang of it in a few minutes and was soon gliding across the ice. The people all saw her and watched as she glide across the floor. She then skated backwards but when she turned around only to bump onto someone making her fall painfully on her bum.

???: Well, what's a cutie like you doing here?

Kath look up only to freeze in fright when she saw that it was a male hedgehog with a gang.

???: What do you say you come with us and go somewhere private?

She started to tremble in fear which caused Shadow to skate towards her side and pushed her behind him protectively.
