"... Are you stuck, Young Lady?"

As words came out, I immediately recognized the voice

"KID?!"

Another chuckle came from the none other than the phantom thief.

Sigh

"What do you want?"

I asked the first thing that came up in my mind, even though it is not the best question for this time

I know that KID are one of the person behind this, with hakase and kudo, and I think even the FBI and CIA are co---

My thoughts are put in the stop as another word is spoken by KID through the phone...

"Do you want clue, Young Lady?"

'Clue?'

"So am I right?! There are some thing that kudo left that I have not discover yet"

"Relax, Young Lady, relax"

I took KID advise and take a deep breathe before I let my mouth start to let some words out.

"Then, how can you help me KID?"

Even though we are just talking through phone, I can easily feel that KID had a little smirk in his face this time

"Have you check meitantei's bedroom?"

'kudo's bedroom?'

"Why will I?"

KID sigh

"I think you will find your answers there... Our heisei holmes is full of mystery, after all. I think he left something there for you"

'Kudo...'

"If you find something,Young Lady, Give me a call... in kudo's number"

'Kudo's number?!'

"Why do you have his phone?"

"When I went back to meet kudo... I just saw his phone laying on the table rather than him drinking his usual coffee"

'Kudo...'

I think a second or two in trusting KID in this. And I make up my mind to trust him just on this time. Only this time.

"Okay, I'll give you a call"

KID doesn't say anything and suddenly hang the telephone. I put the telephone on its place and quickly get the key for kudo's house in hakase's drawer.

Run as quickly as I can to kudo's house and start searching...
