I've actually written x readers before, but like.. I actually write it down on paper.

QUIRK

Solar and Lunar beam

You can basically convert solar and/or lunar energy and make it circulate around your body. You can turn it into beams of light. The solar beam can burn while the lunar beam can freeze. (Think of Todoroki's quirk and Aoyama's quirk fused together lol )

You cannot use both beams at the same time.

You can also use the solar energy to make your body temperature hotter while the lunar energy can make your body colder.

You have access to both energies whether it be night or day.

For example, you can use the lunar energy in your body even if it's day, yet it would lose 60% of its power compared to what it can do at night.

The same goes for the solar energy.

(Use the solar beam on something and it'll turn to nothing in a second.)

The more energy you reserve in your body, the more your body temperature changes.

Works best around 5 AM to 6 AM since both the Moon and Sun are visible to the naked eye.

DOWNSIDES

Your quirk works best outside, especially when the sky is clear.

If clouds are covering the Sun or the Moon, you won't be able to recharge energy.

Like,
If it's raining or the weather is cloudy, and you can't see even just a single ray of sunshine or moonlight, you can't absorb energy.

Using your quirk indoors, however, is a totally different thing.

You can recharge through a window or something. You don't have to be out in the open to recharge.

Recharging is required only if you need to conserve power inside your body. You can convert energy right from the Sun or Moon directly to a beam even if you don't have energy running through your body.

The quirk has a time limit of 10 minutes.

It may increase or decrease depending on your physical condition.

(If you're injured, it decreases to 5 minutes.)

Jesus Lord this quirk is hard to explain.

ESPECIALLY ABOUT THAT RECHARGING THING

CAN ANYONE UNDERSTAND THIS?

Wait lemme try to cut it short

You don't have to absorb energy to circulate around your body if the source of energy doesn't seem like it'll be gone anytime soon. You can use it directly from source. You only need to recharge if you need to bring your power somewhere where you can't have access to the source.

Btw the solar beam cannot be as hot as the sun

But it can hit pretty high temperatures above 100°
