From the pain I have learned

That you cannot always have control

I have learned that life isn't always the most giving

I have taken into account that some people heal

While many mine and others grow more intense

I have discovered that life can suck at certain points

But all you have to do is get up carefully and brush of some of your self doubt and do it

I have learned that no matter the hurt or difficulty

You can stand up and what you set your goal to begin with

With your head in the right spot and your body in the correct motion to heal

You can achieve your own self greatness

Your own gratitude

Your own reasoning for what happened

And how you can help your body, mind, and spirit to

Become whole once more

I can say this now, because I have learned the limits.
