Draco's POV

Never....what?

I stared at the messy haired boy next to me. He's pulling my leg, probably getting back at me for yesterday.

I scoffed. "Whatever Potter. Go get the ingredients." I shooed him away. He kept looking at me as if I've gone crazy.

I turned and tapped the shoulders of the two people in front of me. That being Blaise and Pansy.

They turned to look at me. "Does something seem off with Potter to you?" I asked.

"You crushed his heart Dray, I don't think he's gonna act normal around you for awhile." Pansy said.

"No. I know that, but he's acting like he doesn't know who I am." Blaise dropped the vile he was holding, it shattered on the ground and made us all jump slightly.

"Zabini, be careful, would you?" Slughorn told him calmly.

Blaise flashed his wand and cleaned the mess of glass up, then looked over at me. "That's strange. You'd think he'd just ignore you from now on. Maybe he's messing with you or he doesn't want to deal with you." He said.

Harry came back with several different things in his hands, he set them all down and went back to the text book.

"Ok. So it says we need to chop the worm wood into two inches, four pieces in total." He stated glancing up at me. He had a blank expression on his face. Not one of hurt or anger. Just a regular, everyday expression you would give anyone and on top of that he gave me direct eye contact, it didn't waver at all.

Blaise dropped another vile. "Blaise! Knock it off!" Pansy shouted.

I looked over at the two who stared incredulously at Harry.

Harry turned his head towards the two. He sneered. "What are you looking at Parkinson and Zabini? Got something to say?" He bit.

Ok. I'm confused. Really, really confused. Usually he's sneering at all three of us, but he's only sneering at Blaise and Pansy.

"What?" Pansy asked, completely out of words as she focused her gaze back on Potter.

"You heard me." Harry crossed his arms.

I looked at him. "Potter. Are you feeling alright?"

He turned to me, his face scrunched up in confusion. "Course I am. Why?"

"You just seem a bit.... different is all."

His face just contorted even more. "I don't even know who you are. How would you know if I was different."

My jaw dropped. What the hell is going on?

Another glass dropped. "Seriously?!" The three of us shouted at Blaise.

"Stop yammering in the back and get to work." Professor Slughorn states, starting to lose his patience.

We all focused on our work for the rest of class.

When it was over Pansy, Blaise and I ran out of the room and walked to our next class.

"See what I mean? He's acting like he doesn't recognize me." I said to them.

"I still think he's just messing with you. Trying to make you feel guilty for everything you did to him." Blaise said.

"That's a funny way of going about it though." Pansy brought up.

The three of us shrugged it off for now and continued our day.

----------
By dinner time, I was more confused than I ever have been in my life.

Not one snide remark came from Potter's mouth today towards me. Even when Weasley and I argued after he bumped me in the hallway. He just stood there thoroughly confused.

The three of us sat at our table and continued to talk about it.

"Maybe he screwed up a spell and accidentally forgot certain things temporarily?" Pansy suggested.

"Can't be it. He's acted normal all day long, except with Draco." Blaise pointed out.

"Ok. It's a dare then, maybe to get on Malfoy's nerves." She said.

"I guess that could be it. If it's true he'll be back to normal tomorrow."

"What?!" There was a sudden shout heard across the room. All eyes landed on the red head Weasley at the Gryffindor table. He stood with his hands gripping the table. "What do you mean you don't know what I'm talking about?! After everything he's done to us, how do you forget?!" He shouted.

"What are you talking about?! What's he done to us?! Other than shout at you in the halls earlier today! I've never met a Malfoy in my life! How am I supposed to know what he's done to you?!" Harry exclaimed.

The room froze in silence as they watched the scene unravel.

Weasley's gaze turned to me and he stomped his way over to our table.

"What the hell have you done to him you twat?!" He shouted pulling out his wand.

I sat shell shocked. "What are you going on about Weasel?!" I stood and crossed my arms. We had the attention of everyone on the room.

"Harry's claiming he has no recollection of you! Says he never met a Malfoy and claims he doesn't know what I'm talking about when I explained everything you've ever done to us! I will ask again. What. Did. You. Do?!"

"Ron that's enough! He hasn't done anything to me! I'm perfectly fine!" Harry made his way over.

What's going on? I don't understand, just yesterday everything was normal, what happened?

"You heard him, blood traitor, I've done nothing!" I gritted my teeth. I'm sick and tired for always being blamed for Potter's stupidity by his friends. It's utterly annoying.

"Hey, you! Stay out of it would you?" Potter yelled. "Ron seriously, you're causing a scene, can we go back and eat? This is ridiculous!"

Weasley continued to point his wand at me before finally lowering it and stomping out of the Great Hall.

Harry trailed behind him.

Everyone stared at me, like I was the next to go bursting. "Don't you all have something better to do?!" I yelled. Everyone turned back to their food and conversation filled the room once again.

I plopped down in my seat and looked at my two best friends. "I don't think it's a joke anymore." Blaise muttered.

The two of us had to agree.

Something happened, something that cause Potter to lose his memory.
