Ascension

Lexa's POV
I look back at Anya one last time before entering the Sacred Temple. I open the door and walk in to see Titus my nerves calm down a bit. Titus looks at me with his serious look. What am I saying all of his looks are serious looks! Titus begins to speak (Leksa Kom Trikru you have won your conclave.long kik raun de heda.) Long live the Commander Titus says in Trigedasleng I stand tall just like Anya said to do I look Titus in the eyes and show no fear. As I speak in our native tongue. titus teik my gyonplei stot au!  {Titus let my ascension begin!} He bows to me before walking towards a table to grab a small box and a kit of knives and healer equipment. I look at the scalpel with a questioning look. chit ste these instruments gon? {what are these instruments for I say} Titus looks at me before speaking.

I look at him bewildered but I do as I'm told I lay down on my stomach and Titus hands me a cup of tea made from valerian root to help me relax and then he rubs a paste he made from clove on the back of my neck and on my back. I can feel myself getting sleepy and my body is going numb before I know it I'm drifting off to sleep.

Titus's POV
Lexa is Finally asleep now I can begin the ascension. I start with her tattoo. I begin with the tattoo that represents her kills in the conclave it's the biggest one after a few hours went by I'm finished with it. I walk over to where my scalpel lays I pick it up along with the flame. I move Lexa's hair to the side and gently make a cut in the back of her neck I take the flame out of its box and whisper ascende superius until the flame is awake I then gently set it by her open neck wound and allow the Flame to take over. I have done this 4 times I have served 4 Commanders in my time as Fleimkepa but Lexa she's special I will protect her with my life always! After a few minutes have gone by and the flame burns inside of Lexa I clean the wound and begin on her last tattoo the Sacred symbol on the back of her neck where the flame entered. 2 hours later and she's ready but for now she rests when she wakes I will gather the clan leaders to hear her recite the lineage! With that I leave the Temple til Tomorrow.

Costia's POV
I should have gone what if she's dead wha... suddenly I here the  horn being blown. It's over the Conclave is over. Who won please let it be Lexa I say in a silent prayer. Indra promised to inform me once it was over. I hope she lets me know something soon I'm going to go crazy. I'm pulled from my thoughts when I hear a knock on my door. Indra! I walk over to the door and low and behold Indra what happened wh... who won I say in a stutter. She looked at me with no emotion until I see the ends of her lips curl into a small smile. (Our girl did it Lexa did it! How her mother would be so proud of her daughter little warrior is now Heda.) I stare at Indra in shock Lexa's alive she didn't die she survived. Of course she survived it's Lexa I scolded myself for doubting her. ( Costia dear I must go now to wait for Lexa please watch over Gaia for me in the meantime it's going to be a while and I promised Daenerys Lexa's mother that I'd always be at Lexa's side.I do not plan on breaking that promise!) with that Indra left me standing there still shocked and thrilled that Lexa's okay  ai hod in yu lexa kom trikru I say with a smile on my face but the sad reality is that in just another year I'll be married to Roan of Azgeda my cousin but I will not let my kingdom fall he could be the answer to all of my issues we both have claim his mother wouldn't kill her own son especially if he was King of Azgeda and Edinburgh and that's exactly what I'll make him a King I am already a Queen but not of both my birth rights. I love Lexa I do with all my heart and I know she would wait for me as long as it took after I give Roan an heir. I can be with whom ever I want but for now Roan is the only one I can afford to be with right now. No matter how much it hurts!

..... Next morning after the Ascension.
Lexa's POV
I wake up on the same table I was laying on the night before I don't remember anything! My back and neck sting. I look around the room and suddenly memories... memories that aren't mine are flooding through my head every Commander that has ever been I know their names and faces I can hear their voice it's strange I'm no longer afraid of being to young I just know what to do. I'm ready to recite the lineage I don't know how or what changed but I have this knowledge now and I plan to use it to the full extent. I was chosen by the spirits of the Commanders I am Heda! Just as I finished my thoughts I turn to see Titus with that same serious look. I look him up and down before making eye contact. Summon the Clan Leaders I'm ready to recite the Lineage. Titus goes to speak but I'm not in the mood for his "wisdom" before he can speak I throw my hand up and shew him away. He looks at me with a bit of shock before bowing his head (Yes! Heda of Course) with that Titus leaves. As he walks out Indra walks in carrying a uniform for me to change into with  Freya's hea..... I mean my head piece sitting on top. I get dressed quickly and make my way to the throne room. When I arrive Indra and Titus are standing by the throne and the clan leaders stand around the room. I open the doors and walk in immediately Indra and Titus drop to their knees to bow and soon the rest of the room followed well most of the room. A few of the leaders refused to bow before I spoke the lineage. I walked up to the man he seemed to be instigating the situation I look him dead in the eyes you are Cedric Ingranrona Kru grandson of Gordon Ingranrona Kru. Your family has been loyal to the Commanders for generations. You served Freya Kom Trishana Kru Now you serve me Lexa Kom Trikru! With that I walk away and towards my throne I watch Cedric drop to his knees as I set down as did the rest who were standing. I look to Titus who looks quite impressed. I give him a nod to signal him to begin the meeting. After he finishes announcing me I stand up and begin reciting the lineage starting with me.
