Chapter 33~ Just Like Old Times

{Weeks later}

We haven't heard anything from Travis since Jordan getting jumped.

My dad was back from is business so we didn't havebto house to ourselves anymore.

Right now I'm in the living room watching love and hip pop. That's such a good show.

"Baby?" Jordan said as he walked into the house.

"I'm in the living room" I said focused on the tv.

"Hey baby" I greeted Jordan as he walked into the room. "Hey boo" he said as he kissed my lips.

"Go get dressed baby we're going out" Jordan said smiling at me.

"Going out?" I said looking at him like he was crazy. "Go out where Jordan?" I asked him. He came and laid down in my lap and he took a deep breath before he spoke.

"Baby we haven't been on a date in a cool minute....i want to take you out..for one last time" he said trying to whisper the last part.

"Huh? Whatchu mean for the last time?" I asked him getting worried. "Huh? Whatchu talking about? Come on baby go get dressed" he said getting up off my lap and walking away.

"Oh and baby?" He said looking at me from around the corner. "Hm?" I said looking at him. "Do yo thing girl" he said winking at me.

"Whatchu mean by that?" I asked him laughing.

"I mean dress up all the way make up and all baby, show out because tonight finna be bomb" he said smiling at me.

"Come on Jay baby damn, when I said take yo time you know I ain't actually mean that right?" He said

"You told me to dress up right?!" I yelled back down the stairs. "Yeah baby" he said and he blew out a breath.

I put my heels in my hand and walked downstairs. As soon and I got into his view Jordan's mouth flew open.

He didn't say anything he just grabbed my hand and led me to the couch and sat me down.

He took my heels out my hand and sat them on the floor. "You look amazing Jay baby...words can describe how gorgeous you look tonight" he picked my leg up and kissed along my cafe all the way down then he put my heel on. I breathed in a sharp breath.

He did the same thing to my other leg too. He stood up and held his hands out for me to hold them.

"You look so handsome Jordan" I said as I put my hand on his cheek. "Thank you Jay Baby..." He said.

No matter how happy this moment was if you could look in Jordans eyes right now you would see how hurt he is. He looked like he just lost someone all over again.

"You ready Jay baby?" He asked me.

"Of course husband" I said making smile.

"Can I take this blind fold off now?" I asked Jordan. Patting my head, that weave was freaking itching.

"Nah hold up baby I have to make a phone call" he said as he hoped on the phone.

I wondered where we where at right now. We had a beautiful candle light dinner a few minutes ago, then he took me to so fancy club now where here.

"No I'm not ready yet jus give me 20 minutes then you can come get me" Jordan said lowly. He sound like he was about to cry, it broke my hurt.

While we where in the car the radio was playing and it was talking about Jordan. They where calling him a killer and where offering a lot of money for whoever could find him.

"Come on Jay baby follow me" he said grabbing my hand. "Jordan is everything okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah everything is fine" he said sniffling.

I snatched my blind fold off, "Jordan no it's not don't lie to me I know when your hur-" I couldn't finish because my breath was taken away.

There was a beautiful candle light deck over looking the ocean. It was covered is flower and sand on the deck. It smelled like freshed picked sunflowers and the fresh scent of the ocean.

I wanted to cry so bad but I didn't realize I already was.

I took my heels off and walked to end of the deck. I sat on the end and let my feet dip in the water. Jordan came and sat beside me and gave me a glass of wine.

"This is so beautiful Jordan, not one man has every done such beautiful things for me and I'm so grateful for you." I said crying.

"Hey you stealing my light baby, tonight supposed to be about you." He said whipping my tears and laughing.

I just smiled.

He reached in his pocket and pulled out a small box.

"Oh Jay baby we can't ever seem to find a perfect moment can we?" He said laughing and a tear fell down his face.

"Jay my love goes so deep for you baby, I can t wait to give you the world babygirl...but right now? It's just not a good time...i wish I could just pause time for us baby but I can't, I know I can't live without you and I'm not going too...Jay" Jordan said standing up.

He took my hands and stood me up too. He got down on one knee And I could of sworn my knees got really weak, I would have fallen if he wasn't in front of me.

He took and deep breath and started to speak, "Jay baby I don't know what the future has in-store for you or me but I hope It has me in yours....so Jay I ask dat-"

He didn't get to finish because he got interrupted by cop lights and cops getting out of the car.

"Jordan baby let's go we gotta leave" I said trying to grab him so we could leave.

"No I can't run from this, and I'm not going to drag you down with me...if they take you to court you say I forced you hear me?, no matter what they say I forced you to kill him and the officers don't you forget that.!" He said.

The officers came and grabbed Jordan. Knocking the ring out of his hands,  He got out of there grasp and grabbed my face and kissed me hard. Tears falling down his face and mine.

They pulled him off of me and took him and handcuffed him.

"NO YOU LET HIM GO...HE HASN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG LET HIM GO" I screamed not believing what was going on.

"Ma'am I'm going to need you to step back" said the officer.

"JORDAN BABY PLEASE TELL THEM..." I said trying to reach for him.

"REMEBER WHAT I SAID I FORCED YOU!!" He said walking away with them.

They put him in the car and he looked at me through the glass. I ran up to his window and banged on it.

"I love you Jay baby" he said.

"I love you too Jordan so much baby I'm sorry....IM SO SORRY!!" I said full on sobbing.

They started the engines and took off I tried to run after them.

The lights disappeared into the darkness and I fell on to my knees.

I walked back onto the deck and found Jordan's ring he was going to give me.

I put it on my ring finger and cried.

"I'll wait for you Husband...."
